Hey Scott, Im not sure if I have trouble with Muscle Milk CytoSport. This is the first time I use such a production as a supplement for workout. I threw up about 1 hour after drinking it. I did not feel good about my stomach after I drank it at all. Is it normal, should I try different products? Please give me your ideas about it...oh, btw, Im a beginner... Thank you Scott !!!

Well, you might have had a super low energy day when you filmed this, but for some reason, your body looks especially better than usual in this video. Have you been doing anything differently? Perhaps it's the lighting of you being outside on a cloudy day. I'm not sure, but it definitely looks more impressive than usual. lol. :-)
With CrossFit, I've achieved a 46" standing box jump and a 10' standing broad jump. If anyone wants to increase their plyometric abilities, CrossFit is definitely something good to look into. :)

@gratz2you all i can say for certain is i was 60kg last year and am 70kg now. if i had to bet id say some of it was fat yeah but im definatly not "fat" fat if u guys want i can put up a before and after vid so we can all make a fair judgment?????
@rassman101 right, but in your own video you say it's not pure muscle. So you gained 10 kilos o muscle, just not the pure type. Come on man, that's ridiculous. Even if you did gain those 10 kg, I'd say perhaps 4 kg are muscle, the rest may be plenty of other things. Fat, water, you grew a little or something like that.
@rassman101 22 pounds of muscle takes around 3 years of hard training and solid nutrition and hard rest and you put it on in 9 - 10 month na man you must be on roids :)
