  • Hey Scott, Im not sure if I have trouble with Muscle Milk CytoSport. This is the first time I use such a production as a supplement for workout. I threw up about 1 hour after drinking it.   • Well, you might have had a super low energy day when you filmed this, but for some reason, your body looks especially better than usual in this video. Have you been doing anything differently?   • With CrossFit, I've achieved a 46" standing box jump and a 10' standing broad jump. If anyone wants to increase their plyometric abilities, CrossFit is definitely something good to look into. :)

  • hi, whenever i work my biceps out, right after the workout, i becomes bigger. that's of course very normal. but after rest like a sleep, my left bicep reduces in size. it becomes smaller than the original size. while my right bicep stays big. so now, my right bicep is much bigger than my left bicep. i dont know what im doing wrong. i always stretch my biceps right after each set. is that ok? any advice on how to maintain my left bicep's size after the workout? please reply me. i need help badly.

  • @rassman101 right, but in your own video you say it's not pure muscle. So you gained 10 kilos o muscle, just not the pure type. Come on man, that's ridiculous. Even if you did gain those 10 kg, I'd say perhaps 4 kg are muscle, the rest may be plenty of other things. Fat, water, you grew a little or something like that.

  • @martinatorrr12345 4 days a week, targeting each muscle once a week and i do parkour once a fortnight for 2 hours

  • @rassman101 me to 4 days a week: monday and friday: condition, legs and shoulders. wednesday and saturday: chest six pack and arms :)
