  • I knew this officer 14 years ago. He's a good man. He was a supervisor for the Hefner Division. He was on the Sante Fe Division in this video I think.

  • i love u uncle tommy. i hope that as u look down on me i have made u proud .. i know a lot of things would be diff in my life if you where here.. i miss you

  • so sad, its true, many people think its impossible for something like that could happen to them

  • This is your fault Oklahoma, you reap what you sew. Your blatant racism is coming back to haunt you. FUCK YOU OKLAHOMA!

  • Scum who commit murder should automatically be taken out of the food chain. You kill, you get executed, end of story.

  • @Kali1050 Exactly. Kill those motherfuckers, don't let them get a god damn trial and be put on death row for years. Those motherfuckers on death row are living just fine for crimes they committed years ago.

  • When We Were In San Diego Saying Good Bye To My Grandma , I Felt The Same Way About Tommy's Death When We Were At Old Town , Love Scott Orvik

  • Hello!Thats so sad see it.He died from the shot. Its must was so terrible for his family.=(I give 5 star for good story what it happened a true story.Very good documentary!=)So can it happen everyone in the world not only U.S.A.=(

    Greeting TheCARRE74=)

  • Is there anything you don't get five stars to, you spammer?

  • From Officer Greg-I used to work in Homicide but only lasted a year. Back on Street Patrol now.

Things I saw working in Homicide could force you to believe in Capital Punishment. Ex.: Young kids killed by Satan Worshipers and cut into pieces, We found limbs and body organs on the scene.

The idea of paying my tax money to keep someone capable of that type of killing in prison doesn't sit right with me.

  • @vickiormindyb - I hope your staying strong brother.

  • 06:45 is that st, marks church like the one scene on an episode of Law and order criminal intent?

  • R.I.P tommy scroo car shooters .

  • I would put those guys inside a firing range without earmuffs and make them see what it's like to do that to him.

  • Thats sad. I was only 2 back in 1991 but around 97 and 98 OKC streets were real bad. Ive staye din Midwest City all my life and it was horrible back then too. Its kalmed down but stillf unsafe. Feel for the people loss.

  • R.I.P Tommy!

Burn in hell Delcruz, Corrales, and Cooper!

  • Oh and to the young man that his father was one of the officer at the the sceen...you should be so proud. Me and my 2 year old daughter had to me hide due to a kid napping and rape threat. They protected us from the punks. I can't say the video didn't floor me. Oh and Tommy had just graduated and was on his way to becoming a fire fighter...think of all the lives he could have saved

  • I am the lady at the end of the video. Tommy was my brother-in-law at the time. Yes you were watching Tommy die. He was in a coma for a week. The 3 gang memeber are still in prison 2 for the rest of their lives. Oh and the punk that supplied the guns was only 15. And the shooting was all over a gang sign and one of Tommy's friends flipped them off. No Tommy wasn't a gang member he was just a 18 year old driving home from the movies.

  • gnss1969- I am sorry for your loss. What day was it when Tommy was shot?

  • aug 4th 1991 he was my uncle i was 3

  • I'm sorry for your loss, gnss1969.

  • Manslaughter. How do you call an intentional shooting manslaughter?

    That's crazy.

  • I'm sure the DA wanted to send them to a date with a needle....but they probably plea-bargained it down to Manslaughter.....had it happened in Texas, they would likely ALL have been executed by now.

However, if they were juveniles, they may not have been executed...which is stupid, if someone has the MALICIOUS intent to aim and fire a weapon at another human being, their life should be forfeit if they take a life.

  • i dont get this one -.-

  • hes got a bullet in his head but yet the officer asks him if hes ok

  • lol

  • Hi allgood you should do a montage of deaths featured on 9-1-1-, since people who were watching #520 have asked so many times if there were deaths.

  • there have been a lot of deaths on Rescue 911, and thats what makes it more intersting, you never know if the person is going to make it.

  • Gang members are little pussies! How big of a coward do you have to be to shoot at an UNARMED and UNSUSPECTING person without stopping the car. It was probably an initiation killing. Hopefully the shooter is still alive and is around to see his family get wiped out by a drunk driver. Wouldnt that be poetic justice!

  • i agree completely. gangs are stupid and the only thing they do commit crimes and kill people. they don't even fight fair, and it's all about toughness... the more tough you feel you have to be, the more pathetic you are

  • @johnnyreb1979 hahahaha

  • ...seriously...why...

  • Poor guy. He didn't ask for that. He was just in thew rong place at the wrong time.

  • i did not mean it like that i just never saw a rescue 911 vid with a death. im sorry:(

  • I saw another Rescue 911 that was also in Oklahoma where the boy dies from sniffing butane. Kind of makes me wonder if Oklahoma is up to date on their medical practices.

  • That doesn't mean anything. Most other Rescue 911 cases involving gunshots don't involve gunshots to the head. I can think of three segments off the top of my head where people died in Florida.

  • Well, for one thing, two data points says little, if anything. And don't let Rescue 911 fool you; most of the injuries seen here are much more often fatal than not.

Finally, remember that these are stories from the late 80s/early 90s.

  • Yeah even though this show shows mostly happy endings the majority of situations like the ones shown are not happy endings, like the baby who fell 7 stories and was not hurt. In all of the cases except that one when a baby falls that far he is dead. Period.

  • no the baby didn't die from the fall, nor was he hurt that was episode #622.

  • If you want a list, look up rescue 911 on wikipedia and skip to Deaths.

  • this segment has a little bit of both "Baltimore cops docu" #106, "Boston", #120.

  • that car with the glittering license plate reminds me of the "Motor vehicle accident" as one of them appears to be that type of vehicle.

  • Second officer with a bit of white hair and a moustache.

  • cool., i see now., you should do a pic response of him for this segment.

  • A big huge THANK YOU to the person who uploaded this. My father is one of the officers in this video, he died in 2002. I've been looking for this on the internet off and on for a couple years now. What a pleasant fathers day surprise to do a search and find this video freshly uploaded so I could hear my father's voice even if it was a bit scratchy! THANK YOU!

  • when does he appear in this video, i don't know him?

  • I would assume you dont know him. He starts talking the first time at about 1:09. First appears about 6:25.

  • you mean the kind of bald black hair with moustache?

  • or the 2nd officer with a bit of white hair and a moustache?

  • what did he die from?

  • what i meant is one of the officers in this clip that died in 2002?

  • Thank you for posting!

  • too bad the sound is so low a lot of fuzz

  • This episode is particularly striking because the actual victim is shown alive and alert at the beginning the episode.

  • thats the first time i wacthed a rescue 911 vidio when someone has died

  • fyi this wasnt the only episode to have a death there was

    "Churchbus", Pilot/117

    "Butane huffing" #520

Various "this story is not a recreation" segments.

  • he was sentenced to prison? No shit i wanna know what his penalty was.

  • Seems like they got life, life, and life w/o parole, according to the comments.

  • Good! The murderers deserved life with no parole.

  • hi Dave your vid response imho should be "Baltimore Cops" #106.

  • "Baltimore cops" #106

"Oklahoma Cops Documentary" #413 is identical in segments as the style is the same.

  • this was the episode I wrote about several months back where you wrote back with the question "cop shooting?" Thanks for putting this up. also do you have any of the rescue 911 episodes where pets are involved?

  • I remember this documentary. It was a long while when I saw it. They need to something about it before more robberies and murders continute on. Unbeleiveable that we see a real victim on the camera dying.

  • usually they dont die on rescue 911...but every once and awhile they will slip one in there... good episode thanks allgood2000

  • @tiredmeadow good episode i lost the only thing that held my family together.. i cant belive u would say that

  • Actually I like the low volume in this segment because imho it shows a not so happy ending and the person dies.

  • OMG is that the actual tommy before his death, because shatner says this is not a recreation, when shatner says that there are no actors, everything is real.

  • Yes that is actually Tommy. Two of the guys were sentenced to life and one was sentenced to life without parol. As far as I know they all three are still in prison.

  • Delcruz and Corrales were sentenced to life without parole and Cooper the driver was due to get out either in either 08 or 09

  • Here's a great segment that could go along with this, "Miami plainclothes cops" #108.

  • Gees, a drive-by shooting wasn't a felony at the time?? And when that cop was talking about what the shooter would be charged with if Tommy didn't make it, he said he COULD be charged with murder or manslaughter. I would think he DEFINITELY would be charged with murder since he killed someone. ?

  • Maybe for it to be murder it had to be premeditated or something. That's as much as I can guess, from having watched too much Law & Order.

  • I hope the gang member was sentenced to life in prison.

Unfortunately, tragedy like this still happens today

  • I agree, they should have got life in prison. (If they were adults, they should have been sentenced to death)

  • You know, it just breaks my heart to hear about teens starting a gang and robbing and killing people.

  • Yeah, I know. Every time I turn on my TV, I'm hearing about young brothers & sisters getting killed over colors or "territory". There are 5 gangs already where I live. LET'S STOP THE VIOLENCE AND INCREASE THE PEACE! END GANG VIOLENCE!
