I now have to bottle feed her and she is incontinent. But will I put her down, no way. I made a commitment to her from the day she was born and she will remain in my life until she is in pain. Awwe! i have to admit, I never used to be a big fan of little dogs. Then my sis came around with a Maltese baby. I fell in love! She is such a sweet little girl! The first time I found myself clothes shopping for her, I had an epiphany, "I must be Paris Hilton's illegitimate sister!" Not really! PETA wants people to be responsible for the animals that exist today. Alter ALL animals, adopt and don't purchase, and basically be a responsible animal parent.
Humans can't handle having 'pets' without a huge amount of those animals suffering, so ideally there needs to be no companions to eliminate all the suffering, but they are not foresaking, or asking anyone to turn their backs on, those animals needing homes right now.
They are not being two faced, they are being realistic.

You lose your heart when you see them. It was worse when you know the behind the scenes of a petstore. I was 20 and quit after two years of killing the unsellables. I wont say how but its legal in Canada. I was shocked the Humane Society wouldnt go against the petstore. I still have nightmares and I am now 39. Mr Rourke seems sincere and I am glad he has Jaws. While I get buying petstore pets supports breeders what about these poor creatures? I know its a catch 22.
Alot of petstores are carrying rescue animals now. This does not mean that they not without health risks or cost less. My now 4yr old tabby Max was 260.00 and covered in fleas. At 2lbs it was very sad to see. I went back and they wouldnt help. I used over the counter garbage and nearly killed Max and my 12yr old freebie cat Gus. A 600 dollar emergency later thanks Mastercard they were saved. The worst part? I worked at a petstore ten years ago! I knew better or thought I did.
Aright Mickey! Thank you for using your success and clout to benefit dogs. I'm glad you're no longer patronizing stores that keep puppy mills in business. Rescue dogs are the way to go.
It's good to see other people that enjoy dogs like he does. My dogs have been rescue does from puppy mills and such and i buy them from the organization that took them in, or strays on the street.
My newest dog, who i've had with me for going on a year was abused and badly. He is terrified of people, and doesn't want to even be in the same room as a stranger if someone comes in. But he's doing a lot better than he was when i first got him.. so progress is slow, but it's all good.
I'm the same with my Cats. I take care of them like they are my children!! If you don't spend time with your pets then there is no point having them.

Awwe! i have to admit, I never used to be a big fan of little dogs. Then my sis came around with a Maltese baby. I fell in love! She is such a sweet little girl! The first time I found myself clothes shopping for her, I had an epiphany, "I must be Paris Hilton's illegitimate sister!" Not really! It warms my heart to see Mickey make a fuss over his babies like this. They in return saved a very important person from total self destruction. Bless their hearts!

i thought his comment on getting rid of the girl was awesome. that is exactly what my fiancee did with his ex. She didn't like his 2 cats and wanted him to get rid of them. He got rid of her instead and met me not long after that, lol.

The Views Barbara Walters just said that Loki died yesterday after 18 amd a half years. When my own dear Sherri died 8yrs ago an ex boyfriend donated money to the local shelter in her name. I am going to do the same for Loki. Many Rainbow Bridge kisses Mr Rourke.

PETA wants people to be responsible for the animals that exist today. Alter ALL animals, adopt and don't purchase, and basically be a responsible animal parent.
Humans can't handle having 'pets' without a huge amount of those animals suffering, so ideally there needs to be no companions to eliminate all the suffering, but they are not foresaking, or asking anyone to turn their backs on, those animals needing homes right now.
They are not being two faced, they are being realistic.

You lose your heart when you see them. It was worse when you know the behind the scenes of a petstore. I was 20 and quit after two years of killing the unsellables. I wont say how but its legal in Canada. I was shocked the Humane Society wouldnt go against the petstore. I still have nightmares and I am now 39. Mr Rourke seems sincere and I am glad he has Jaws. While I get buying petstore pets supports breeders what about these poor creatures? I know its a catch 22.

Alot of petstores are carrying rescue animals now. This does not mean that they not without health risks or cost less. My now 4yr old tabby Max was 260.00 and covered in fleas. At 2lbs it was very sad to see. I went back and they wouldnt help. I used over the counter garbage and nearly killed Max and my 12yr old freebie cat Gus. A 600 dollar emergency later thanks Mastercard they were saved. The worst part? I worked at a petstore ten years ago! I knew better or thought I did.

It's good to see other people that enjoy dogs like he does. My dogs have been rescue does from puppy mills and such and i buy them from the organization that took them in, or strays on the street.
My newest dog, who i've had with me for going on a year was abused and badly. He is terrified of people, and doesn't want to even be in the same room as a stranger if someone comes in. But he's doing a lot better than he was when i first got him.. so progress is slow, but it's all good.
