vegetable glycerin is not supposed to be a conservative all by itself. In this recipe, i suppose the rosemary essential oil is the thing that helps conserve the recipe, except if you bought vegetable glycerin with an added conservative in it...

@yummieyummy Your dark circles are probably genetic. I have them too and I'm afraid they don't go away. Just try to keep them under control though by getting enough sleep. You can slice raw potatoes and freeze them, then put them on your dark circles for 20 minutes. Same thing with cucumbers (but you don't have to freeze them). I use concealer to hide the rest.

Everyone's skin is different but don't cut out mint..

YES some people might have an allergic reaction to menthol..or get dry skin because of it..but that's why you always do a patch test...whether it's DIY, OTC or Prescriptive...NEVER believe anyone 100% because you control your skin not your doctors, not the books, and DEFINITELY not me.
