...Depends. If you have a fast computer, use Fraps. If you don't have a fast computer, try Hypercam3 (after configuring with the settings) or Camtasia.

@ARCEUSxLOVER I use camtasia 7 it's very good for runescape and when you zoom in the picture quality is perfect + sony vegas 9 makes the perfect video

I know this stuff its very easy, try masking monsters on runescape frame by frame, its hard but its worth the effort :)

lol u can use magic wand to select the whole white area and just change it with colour thats simpler?

You can't use chroma keyer for the next method of masking. It also does not look as good - white outlines.
