Hey Diva!!! I wish you could have made this video while I was still in high school. I used to be so insecure about body image. It just seemed like everyone around me had the perfect body and the body that I had was just what I was given. I developed at such a young age (around 9) so I was always looked at funny or sexual comments always made me uncomfortable. And I too was tall lol gosh I hated it. I loved the message it really touched me and even made me cry. More vids would be appreciated.
4 Years ago, i had a "BF" and later i found out that she was talking smack about me about 2 years to my other friends, so for me over night i was like the most wanted girl everybody wanted to beat me up and actually my male "BF" that i have known for 10 years beat me bad, because i was " talking sh*t about everybody " that was such a horror experience i was like about 2 years so down. And now these people that were against me are literally losers, but i still have trust issues.

Ive always had ppl even relatives put me down but now I take pride in the fact that I have an exotic look and that im petite.Who cares if I have oily skin,cury frizzy hair or that i dont have that perfect hour glass shape because u know what...I love all of those things about me.I am who I am and I love it.Thank you for this video, its a reminder to those of us who dont have a high or the highest self esteem that we are beautiful and that our imperfections make us perfect just like diamonds. =)

And from that insecurity I just started to create a whole bunch of other insecurities about my self such as disliking my hair n weight. So I just wanted to let you know that today u inspired me to let go of these silly foolish insecurities n just live life because also like your self I'm 23yrs old n have recently married my wonderful husband that loves me just the way I am but for some foolish reason sometimes I let my old self take over my feelings n I dont want to do that to my self anymore.

I'm also 5'10 n used to be thin (I'm now 195lbs, which now I think I'm too fat, but u know how we girls are.. never happy with our weigh) and I used to be the tallest girl in school too and people would tease me about it and sometimes I would act like it didn't bother me but deep down inside it did.

Than you for this video! It's not that alot of us don't already know some of the things you touched on, but it always helps when there are others out there to help you remember. I have struggled with low self-esteem/ self-confidence for many many years and it still continues to be a constant battle in my life. I no longer want to accept being a victim of this so it's great to know that their are others out there struggling just as I am, so then we know we are not alone and can help each other

If you are trying to lose weight, I recommend that you make sure that you are doing so in a healthy manner by eating healthy foods and with a good exercise/workout regimen. The most important thing is to make sure that you are trying to lose weight for you and not for anyone else. Love yourself regardless of your weight and try to keep a postive attitude throughout your journey.

I kinda went through the same thing but the only diffrence is that for me, the problem was my shortness. I would always get teased for being 4 11. I would hate it. I didnt have much friends especialy in high school because I was into getting good grades and reading. Im ok with my height now that Im 19 but there are other things that Im uncomfortable with, that makes me have low self esteem. It weird cuz I meant my boyfriend when I was 14
now if only i can find confidence in wearing heels larger than 3 inches in public...how do u do it girl..I am constantly being told not to cuz i would look too tall, but..I love heels...pouts.. lol

The kids that teased me are losers today, single women with 4-5 kids no man in sight, some are in prison, unemployed, just bums. I'm 5'9 and my height is still a issue with me i'm 39, maybe one day it will not bother me as much... I was teased in school and my adult life, i work on it everyday. I will not wear heels unless im going to church, and they are less than 2inch's.. I'm a very beautiful person just need a little more confident's.

Very nice video. I too was the tallest and skinnest girl in my class and neighborhood for years. I was teased and had a low self esteem. I stooped thinking my height would not be so noticeable. I would never wear heels. Dating was horrible, all the boys were short. It took years to build my self esteem and confidence up! Im 54yrs old and wearing my heels and steppin high! It can be done you have to figure out why and how to LOVE self!!!!

I love this!! Even at 24 I still struggle with some of the "mean" things ppl said to me when i was in 6th grade when i went thru that "not so cute phase" lol u know when you havent grown into your nose, eyes and ears lol. And I have to catch myself when im learning all the makeup tips to say, ok Tiff...dont apply trying to erase ur insecurities...this is good to enhance but it will never compensate for low selfesteem. Thank you so much for this video. I have always had self confidence issues.When younger (around 5th grade) I had a bigger bust (about a C cup). So I was picked on a lot by boys. I stopped being active because guys would laugh and point. I still have trouble accepting it, but I think of how its kind of a gift. Most women would love to have what I have (now in the DDD, I'm 19). But at the same time, I hate the stairs I get (from men and women). I hope I can be as confident as you someday.<3

The things i struggle with the most is trying to find something beautiful abouy myself when my whole life i was told otherwise. hey this was an inspiring video and im struggling with self confidence because mmy family portrayed me as the ugly duckling in the family and it hurt so bad that i was teased by my own family and it made me so shy even in school like u i didnt have friends i didnt fit it because i was to shy to engage in a convo because i felt ugly an at 25 i still struggle withit till i wont look a person in the eye when talking it comes off and rude an mean wen i actually nice but i have no support system idea
@termaine1210 I would suggest u take steps action to change slowly u know like lift your head up look people in the eye do u have a hobby that makes u happy and join a group u know that shares in your hobby or volunteer sometimes to take your mind off you, maybe counselling to give u more actions so u can change and embrace u sometimes we need techniques when the feeling that we are lesser comes upon us.

It just seemed like everyone around me had the perfect body and the body that I had was just what I was given. I developed at such a young age (around 9) so I was always looked at funny or sexual comments always made me uncomfortable. And I too was tall lol gosh I hated it. I loved the message it really touched me and even made me cry. More vids would be appreciated.

4 Years ago, i had a "BF" and later i found out that she was talking smack about me about 2 years to my other friends, so for me over night i was like the most wanted girl everybody wanted to beat me up and actually my male "BF" that i have known for 10 years beat me bad, because i was " talking sh*t about everybody " that was such a horror experience i was like about 2 years so down. And now these people that were against me are literally losers, but i still have trust issues.

Ive always had ppl even relatives put me down but now I take pride in the fact that I have an exotic look and that im petite.Who cares if I have oily skin,cury frizzy hair or that i dont have that perfect hour glass shape because u know what...I love all of those things about me.I am who I am and I love it.Thank you for this video, its a reminder to those of us who dont have a high or the highest self esteem that we are beautiful and that our imperfections make us perfect just like diamonds. =)

I think what your doing in these videos is amazing carry on !Hi I'm 16 I have no confidence and extremely shy which is why I have no friends which makes me feel worse in myself to think that no one likes me! I'm moving to a new school and country is there anything I can do that will help make friends and actually be happy at school??? I feel very isolated how can I gain more self confidence???

And from that insecurity I just started to create a whole bunch of other insecurities about my self such as disliking my hair n weight. So I just wanted to let you know that today u inspired me to let go of these silly foolish insecurities n just live life because also like your self I'm 23yrs old n have recently married my wonderful husband that loves me just the way I am but for some foolish reason sometimes I let my old self take over my feelings n I dont want to do that to my self anymore.

I'm also 5'10 n used to be thin (I'm now 195lbs, which now I think I'm too fat, but u know how we girls are.. never happy with our weigh) and I used to be the tallest girl in school too and people would tease me about it and sometimes I would act like it didn't bother me but deep down inside it did.

I have struggled with low self-esteem/ self-confidence for many many years and it still continues to be a constant battle in my life. If you are trying to lose weight, I recommend that you make sure that you are doing so in a healthy manner by eating healthy foods and with a good exercise/workout regimen. The most important thing is to make sure that you are trying to lose weight for you and not for anyone else. Love yourself regardless of your weight and try to keep a postive attitude throughout your journey.

I kinda went through the same thing but the only diffrence is that for me, the problem was my shortness. I would always get teased for being 4 11. I would hate it. I didnt have much friends especialy in high school because I was into getting good grades and reading. Im ok with my height now that Im 19 but there are other things that Im uncomfortable with, that makes me have low self esteem. It weird cuz I meant my boyfriend when I was 14

grrr...i meant to post a comment on this vid & it showed up on ur other video...sorry...but I meant to say on this vid was that i really relate to ur past...i was also tall (measure at 5'11 as well) & skinny in school...a floater cuz i never really belonged to a social group & was constantly teased...& that really affected my confidence...I struggled even until today (now 26) w/ it..but I am trying to accept myself as is...its hard but I am finding it a little easier to love myself..

The kids that teased me are losers today, single women with 4-5 kids no man in sight, some are in prison, unemployed, just bums. I just want the young people to know that there is life after high school and once you hit the "real world" who won most popular or played football doesn't matter. Love your videos!

I experienced the same thing growing up, I am a few yrs older than you, but middle and high school was HELL for me, omg I think as soon as I hit the car I would just cry, I went to therapy and took medication because of all the taunting and teasing because of how I sounded. I had some unresolved health issues at the time. It still brings tears to my eyes because it was so painful. I am working on my confidence every day...(continued)

I'm 5'9 and my height is still a issue with me i'm 39, maybe one day it will not bother me as much... I was teased in school and my adult life, i work on it everyday. I will not wear heels unless im going to church, and they are less than 2inch's.. I'm a very beautiful person just need a little more confident's.

Very nice video. I too was the tallest and skinnest girl in my class and neighborhood for years. I was teased and had a low self esteem. I stooped thinking my height would not be so noticeable. I would never wear heels. Dating was horrible, all the boys were short. It took years to build my self esteem and confidence up! Im 54yrs old and wearing my heels and steppin high! It can be done you have to figure out why and how to LOVE self!!!!

I love this!! Even at 24 I still struggle with some of the "mean" things ppl said to me when i was in 6th grade when i went thru that "not so cute phase" lol u know when you havent grown into your nose, eyes and ears lol. And I have to catch myself when im learning all the makeup tips to say, ok Tiff...dont apply trying to erase ur insecurities...this is good to enhance but it will never compensate for low selfesteem. And that was 1 reason y i am just getting into make up bc i had to love me 1st

Thank you so much for this video. I have always had self confidence issues.When younger (around 5th grade) I had a bigger bust (about a C cup). So I was picked on a lot by boys. I stopped being active because guys would laugh and point. I still have trouble accepting it, but I think of how its kind of a gift. Most women would love to have what I have (now in the DDD, I'm 19). But at the same time, I hate the stairs I get (from men and women). I hope I can be as confident as you someday.<3

I knew your were tall!! Idk .I think it is the way the you carry yourself. You carry yourself like you're 6 foot tall ma! You honestly do. You don't know how much this video means to me. I am about be 20 and I am 5'10 and a half. My story is the same as yours. All throughout high I have been very insecure. It was only when I came to college was when I started to become confident. @termaine1210 I would suggest u take steps action to change slowly u know like lift your head up look people in the eye do u have a hobby that makes u happy and join a group u know that shares in your hobby or volunteer sometimes to take your mind off you, maybe counselling to give u more actions so u can change and embrace u sometimes we need techniques when the feeling that we are lesser comes upon us.

You are such a beautiful person and I thank you for this video...for sharing a part of yourself with us. I know that beauty is only skin deep but you also have a beauty that radiates from within that has a synergistic effect on the person that we see in these videos. Yes we've all gone thru a period in our lives where we didn't like the reflection staring back at us in the mirror. But as you said, the older you get, you just learn to embrace those things that make u different. Thx 4 sharing.

I'm so glad that you did a video like this. I recently did a video entitled "I Hate Myself," the video isn't about me bashing myself but instead talking about my struggles and why I shouldn't hate myself or feel that way. I'm on the road to change the way I feel about myself and this video has further inspired me.
