Converting midi files to more realistic sounds with FL(cover:"Dreams")by Fleetwood Mac

Can anyone help me? I tried adding boobass to the bass track but when it plays, the pitch bends are not there..

@junkyard1979 Off topic, but BooBass isn't recommended. I suggest 4front Bass, or finding a VST like Nexus and getting a guitar and bass pack.

Thanks for your very helpful video, I've been trying to do this for a while. FPC drums are good, a great improvement in sound quality. However, I've had problems getting a good bass sound. Boo bass sounds out of tune for me, it's in a lower octave than natural bass. Your bass on 'Dreams' sounds just right. I've tried a few bass vst's and not with much success, they miss off notes and go off tune.

This don't work with samplers like kontakt! Unless you know how. I tried replacing a layer with a kontakt synth and it plays the midi melody on the piano roll, but you can't hear anything. Do you know how to fix that?

@djprincecharles84 You probably need to change the port number on your midi track to the port number on your Kontakt..

you can combine midi and fl tracks by just right clicking and selecting insert

Thanks, I didn't know about replace, I was copying and pasting onto a new sampler track.
