Hello Guys , I was used to install All Nortel Voice Equipments CS1000S/M/E/B and all the toys (Symposium /Callpilot /OTM/CCMS/CCMA/MIRAn.....) but Now after Avaya occupied Nortel :) I am doing my first step to do installation for Avaya PBX , I feel that I start from Point Zero after I reached the top of Nortel ....thanks for the Nice video and wish me luck ... for any one wants to share knowledge please send to me ,,,,thank you

I like Avaya and the equip I have inatalled this stuff for over 20 years,, It's gettting better and better.

I used to set up the Merlin Majic systems and go as far back as the legend feature mod 4 and 5. I really like the full feature analysis trouble shooting of this system. It reminds me of the option 11 and 81c with truck route trace or station commands. What is really weird is oh is teaching this now, I was given a book or a set of books and told to go fix or program someones system I had to learn quick. LOL routing plans ARS and COS forwarding and voicemail. not to mention the cover feature, LOL
