  • Do the 2nd generation have the pen stand!! I hope so!! and do they come with a case!?!

  • i have this pen tablet its awesome!

  • This Bamboo grafictablet is shit!

It give a better A4 for only 50-60 € by Pearl or Amazon.

The name is Media Slim Tablett 14.000 U

  • i have trust 1200-v2 109 euro and the pen shake like crazy!!!!

  • wat the fuckn hell is a nib?

  • A nib is the tip of the pen. It's made of plastic and there's no technology in it what-so-ever. It activates the pen barrel somehow..

  • a nib is the point of the tablet pen that touches the surface of the tablet. It wears down over time, but its replaceable.

  • *snort* I didn't get ArtRage with mine...

  • snort? lol

  • Yush. I snorteded...ed. o3o

  • How much are they?

  • *shrugs* No sure.

  • im trying to buy one for a project so its easier

  • I paid £30 for mine and that was last year at PC World, who usually rip you off anyway

  • So 30 pounds is like 49.99 euro , thanks

  • hi:)

  • this isn't a chat...

  • lol

  • my friend got one and she doesnt even use it! i go to her house everyday and never see her use it..what a waste 100 dollars

  • After watching the video I still have no idea what it is and what it does!

  • What they are is like, it changes your mouse into a pen and you can draw with it

  • a tablet allows you to draw and paint on your computer. w/ artrage and photoshop elements you can draw stuff and share it on a site like deviantart . com

  • ok i dont get why its only 100 or 200 $ if it coms with pse

  • adobe and wacom have a partnership wacom helps them advertise and adobe provides the software for their devices free

  • bamboo fun is great i've got a silver one!! i love it.. makes mouse a thing of the past.. lol :D

  • I don't know much about Bamboo One but after my research on the internet, I think the Bamboo and Bamboo Fun are the same except different look and the Fun version includes a mouse and extra software like Photoshop Elements so I'm gonna get a standard Bamboo :)

  • bamboo fun works also on how many pressure your pushing on the pen and the standard bamboo doesn't even have the programs that bamboo fun has but what am i talking i don't even know what your using it for ;)

  • Is it around the same price from the Wacom website? And, really they have bamboo fun in black on amazon!!? :/

  • I dont know which one to buy, Bamboo one, Bamboo or Bamboo fun!! Considering the price aswell.............. im 15 and i dont know if there is a much difference between them. Can someone help me decide, cause i really wanna get started quick!

  • Bamboo Fun comes with a Mouse. Thats the only difference I see :). And to tell you the truth...I don't like the mouse, so I suggest you get Bamboo.

  • Actually if you go on Wacom official website they can compare the 3 and let you see which suits you best

Bamboo One is most basic, used for handwriting and signatures

Bamboo is middle, have some basic graphic capabilities and more advanced handwriting features

Bamboo Fun is most graphic in the series, so more expensive, with half the specs of Intuos3 since it's aimed at consumer levels

  • But the thing is... dont they all do the same thing? Cause i can draw with all three of them. Just a difference of the look of the tablet, the buttons, and the cds included. right? :/

Cause my friend brought the bamboo and i just got the bamboo fun (yay)... but i dont see the difference... besides the colour and the price! lol.

  • Well there's little details and specs to tablets, like dpi, pressure sensitivity, tilt recognition etc. that make more quality and accurate drawing on your PC

Of course you can draw on any tablet, even just a handwriting one, but it's quality will be much worse than a professional graphic one e.g. the Intuos3, better graphic tablets make your drawing on PC as close to real pen on paper as possible

  • Lol thank you for answering my questions! :D

Umm... so do you think its worth getting the bamboo fun than the normal bamboo (black one)?

And um, how do you change the nibs?

And the eraser only work on the artrage? :S

  • XD that I got no idea, I'm preparing to buy a Bamboo Fun Medium myself so I'm trying to find out as much as I can atm

I suppose if you're into art and graphics Bamboo Fun is better, for photo editiing and word document use Bamboo'll do fine

It's probably not much about the appearances of the tablets but about their specs, I recommend you take a look on Wacom's official website

  • Yeah i have done, and i also looked at many reviews etc before buying the wacom bamboo fun. I like it but if only it wasnt white... cause i doubt mine will stay pure white for long lol..

  • Ahh I was thinking about what colour I'm buying too? What colour do you suggest? Black? Silver?

  • lol, aww you get to choose. In Uk, only white is avaliable :(... but it quite pretty lol!

Black and silver are nice... but i prefer black! :)

  • Hehe I do live in the UK too, and for a sec there I was gonna buy from Wacom official website, then I thought I'd go buy it from Amazon, there's the black colour on Amazon

  • i need help with my tablet, someone please help!!!!!!!!

  • i feel sad because the more i see videos about it the more i want it... altleast im getting one in 2 months (my bday october 13)

  • I want one too, And I've been watching quite a bit of videos about it also...

Although, I'm going to get mine around Early September...

If you get enough Money on your Birthday, You should get the Medium size one. That's the one I'm getting and people are saying it's alot better than the small one.

  • I'm getting one in 16 days!

  • 10 More days to go!

It's probably going to be 15 for me, Because I just ordered it today.

  • im getting one from a private investigation company! pwned, lol

  • how much dose it cost?

  • does*

  • I looked and they were around 50-60 but thats in £... hehe i live in the UK soo

  • thats fine,, im british too

  • lol =)

  • The US price is about $100 depending on where you get it.

  • i have i question, can you draw elaborat digital draws on it or its just fot kindergarden stuff?cause i want to puy one but i dont have money for and A4 or A5

  • i have had the a5 version for almost half years now.

i never before brought ANYTHING i am so proud of spending my money on.

  • oh and i draw nearly every single day but haven't changed the tip yet. it's getting near to the recommended changing spot but is still as usable as before.

  • this would realy help getting my drawings posted!!were do u get these?

  • i have this, but mine came with a different name, Bamboo medium fun white.

but it looks the same size and all.

they are gd, and cheap, best tablet i found anyway!

  • What are those "Nibs" for ?

  • like pencils they get smaller, but they only smallen down over years. Ive had a old wacom for years and never changed mine

  • Anyone know how long the batteries in the pen and mouse last?

  • They don't take batteries ( or anything )... I don't really know how to explain how they work with out batteries, but for instance in some videos they show that they ONLY work when in contact with the drawing pad(so to use the mouse or pen they HAVE to be directly on the drawing pad) I guess it has something to do with pressure sensitivity? But then how would the left and right click work?

    IDK!

    hope that helps :)

  • lol, well that helped alittle :P I mean how can the pen and mouse work with no batteries. Can they REALLY run off of the tables it just seems weird. They dont have a little batterie in them that might last them maybe a year or something its all very confusing!

  • it works because in the pen is magnet and the board its self is magnetic, the power going to the board from the comp allows it to see exactly where and how close the magnet is, im not sure about teh nib, but i think its to do with pinpointing the magnetic field to make it accurate.

  • well, I did some reserch about how the pen and mouse could work without batteries and yet stay wireless, I found out they both use

    electro-magnetic resonance technology

    makes sense now?

  • i hev it too:)

  • i hev it:)

  • i hev it:)

  • thx for this upload! man I really do want one now! XD

    -LokiHeart

  • can you use bamboo fun with photoshop elements 6?

  • of course, the software wouldn't be included if it didn't :P

  • haha i just got this and im messing about with it right now, and guess what. i cant figure out how to use it. for some reason the installation disk doesnt work with my mac :(

  • Mac expert here, whats your problem, how can I help you? Send me a message and I will help you!

  • Wow, I too, am getting this for x-mas. I actually have it already, I saw it earlier, but I gotta wait to open it till x-mas. That's the reason I came on youtube, figured I could find something about it to hold me off.

  • Im also getting this for christmas!!!

  • im getting this for x-mas! ~_^

  • What's nibs? o_o

Oh wow Art Rage 2? COOL

  • nibs is like the tip of the pen i think :-)
