I'm still working on who I am. Don't think I'll ever finish that. And too many people will interpret whatever they see anyway, so I leave my canvas bare. They interpret that, too. That's ok. Interpretation reveals them, if they express it. And then, I'd only interpret that, too. All I can say is, nice body art. And, do you really think you'll ever be understood through that? Or is that what you're really after?

Tattoos and piercings aren't for me, at this point in my life at the very least. I've contemplated having them before but I don't really feel the need or want. Still, they can look incredible, and it sickens me when people look down on others simply for their appearance. Even as a man with very long hair I get that sort of reaction from some people.

I think I pretty much understand why people get "mods" of various types. Like you said, "I'm trying to let you know who I am". I've never given mods any serious consideration, yet since I'm here on youtube, I am also interested in letting people know who I am. It's just in a different way. Partly I think it's that I don't want to be judged by the mods, however if I ever am in a place in my life where I am certain of something that will be unchanging, maybe I would consider a mod.
