I got this version on iTunes. At the beginning, Liam says, "This one's fuckin' Slide Away so get your fuckin' hands up in the air." At least, I THINK it's Liam. It actually doesn't sound like him so I wondered if they were joined on stage by someone before the song. Can you confirm that it was Liam who said that?

Liam's voice is getting better. His vocals don't sound as strained as they were for the past few years . You can actually hear him stretching out some of the lyrics like he use to do back in the 90's. Thats good news.

What it means is that his voice has made improvements from the really bad , strained , worn-out sound that his voice deteriorated to. In this video he doesn't sound as badly as that.
