I dont see why people dont think Ben is a good quarterback, he was suspended for 6 games last year and he still threw for over 4000 yards. There are quarterbacks in the league that if you took them away from there team they would not win. Those quarterbacks are- Ben Roethlisberger, Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Aaron Rodgers. Those are the best quarterbacks in the league, they are proven winners and thats what it all comes down to. Statistics arent everything, the goal is to win the SB.

This video just made me realize how many QB's really stepped their game up this past year... for Brady to be #8 and Manning be #5 (the two of which maybe could have been a bit higher) and it to still be a pretty good list overall says a lot...

I do think that, statistically, the entire middle chunk of this list could really be lumped into one giant tie... so many guys threw well its tough to make the call here and there but good job man!

Since the MVP is a regular season award it is obvious Brett Favre should have won it, nobody was better. As for the season as a whole including the playoffs and superbowl I agree with this list, maybe Peyton should have been number 3 ahead of Rivers and Rodgers though. Im not a Packers fan but Rodgers is a rising star, the Pack have a bright future if they can get a fuckin O line to protect him. Romo: Most underrated QB in the league.

@fighton12 peyton manning is so over-rated he threw for only 4500 yards and his team was last in rushing attempts and avg yards. he threw 16 interceptions with one of the best o-lines in the nfl. reggie wayne dallas clark austin collie and pierre garcon are some of the most talented recievers in the nfl. he didnt deserve mvp and drew brees showed him why.

To be honest. Peyton Manning had 16 interceptions, more than any other QB on this list. The Colts had the best WR in the game pretty much and he throws 16 interceptions, and probably the best O-line. He didn't deserve MVP and he suck. His WR did all the work all the time ever since he started.
