I heard unfortunately that since EA no longer has the rights to the Lord of the Rings you cannot buy Battle for Middle Earth II or this expansion pack. Even if you could, I also know they took down the online multiplayer for any Lord of the Rings game.

Dude they ran out of license with New Line Cinema and Tolkein Enterprises meaning they cannot publish/make anymore LOTR titles unless given permission.

Anyway really looking forward to "Lord of the Rings:War in the North" it looks like a mature updated version of Third Age on PS2 which was awesome.

In the books I thought it was the sorcerers who sent evil spirits into the barrow-downs that created the barrow-wraiths who trapped the hobits until Tom Bombadil rescues them. How is it that the Arnor-Captain/King serves evil AFTER he dies? It was Hurin who told Morgoth Himself when He mocked Morgoth that He (Morgoth) could/can not pursue those souls who valiantly resisted Him beyond the circles of the world (i.e. Mortal Death). So how did they force him to carry the death plague?
