Seems like @mathsmusicandchess was right. It did end up being a tripartite fight. Labour (Glenda Jackson) scraped through with just over 40 votes, with the Conservatives in second place.
What the video leaves out is that in the UK opinion polls both Labour and the Lib-Dems are doing worse than in 2005 but the Conservatives are doing better. The BBC swingometer says the Conservatives need a swing of 7% from Labour to win Hampstead and Kilburn and they could get that. It seems to me that this seat could go to any of the three candidates with almost equal probability.
