Yes! It is so true that excercise is KEY to treating PCOS. My skin cleared and my clothes felt loose and with the aid of my hair pills, my hair stopped falling out. Then came the month of May. This is thee birthday month in my family. All in the same week. CAKE, and MORE CAKE. This turned into a binge that lasted thru June. On the 2nd of July I seen that I gained all of the 8 pounds that I worked so hard to lose. Well, I'm going back to the YMCA. Tell me, do you take any meds for PCOS?
Hi Gemma. I just came accros this video and I was wondering if you still have problems with excess facial/body hair. Does excercise/healthy lifestyle help with this too? I would expect it doesn't get rid of the unwanted hair completely, but does it make it less of a problem. I lost 4 kilos in about a month and I know I still have a loooong way to go, but hopefully I will get there. Thank you. Urska
