Amorphous panels, the DZ unit, work better in low light but have a lower Watt/Sq cm than the Gorilla, a Poly Crystal in PET.
An interesting idea would be to drain both and charge both with a Clamp Meter on each showing a total charge for the same day, same angle to sun at the same location. In UK Amorphous panels would probably work better, Similar to New england or North West in the states. Morph panels need 6 months of sun to season in.
@amigaknight well here is the thing, solargorilla was £120 the DZ Energy one was £75 .. however when I went back to the site in question the price had jumped up to £175 (day after I bought it.. not sure if it was a error on the website and I got it cheap or because I was going to review it they put the price up? :)
Harbor Freight should be coming out with a similar version for under $60.
