I'm a huge fan of body weight exercises ! Do pretty much all you did there expept for the stabillity ball :) btw do you bring your own backpack or is the gym supplying that for you?
People Listen, if you want to get big and strong like this guy without weights then you are going to have to do 10mins of cardio then do bodyweight workouts. To do these bodyweight workouts, you must move your body nice and slow in a controlled way if you want it to be effective. most ppl thik it won't work its because you're doing it too fast. So it doesnt matter how reps you do, it matters how you'll do it so remember that. I know all this because i take personal trainer class.
try pull up negatives, that's where you jump up into the pull up, and lower yourself down slowly. This helps develop the strength you need to do an actual pull up. Search "pull up negatives" on youtube if you are confused as to what i mean.
Should rename this to "The major and basic body exercises".

those are all good, except why not get your chin over the bar and fully extend your arms on those pullups. you get more of a workout that way.

oh you mean an assisted pull up machine i've heard of them my problem is i don't have access to a gym all i have is a set of dumbbells and bodyweight
