  • A lot of people think that Bogie falling back in that chair was a blooper, but it's actually part of the scene. The Movie is "The Big Shot" from 1942.

  • bahaha....bogie and the chair=greatest blooper ever

  • @oreokittykittencat: That's got to be my favorite goof-up ever!

  • ".... and he never came up --- never came back -- never showed up -- THE SON OF A BITCH DROWNED." xDD

  • REAGAN = SUCH A CUTIE <3

  • @alovelyjessture Oh he is! :D

  • Yuk, that kissing business was ugly. How could you kiss so many men? Almost like porn.

  • @HAZIDEAD That's part of a centuries-old complaint about the morality of theater in general.

  • @HAZIDEAD

The blonde guy got the part. Seriously.

  • does anyone know the name of the piece played by Charles Boyer on the piano? it sounds so wonderful!!

  • STANWYCK! Haha, "And I knew goddamn well I was going to say it!"

  • @TheLights045

    Even her bloopers were great.

  • What's that film Robert Cummings is in with who I presume is Claude Rains?

  • @moonlightorchid99 Kings Row

  • The Constant Nymph is the first blooper. A film not shown in over 40 years.

  • the last part is thomas mitchell... and even this is a blooper, of all the people in this reel, his performance is really still the best. one of the greatest actors in the golden age of hollywood. : )

  • @tsutomukun

Glad you think so about Thomas Mitchell. I heartily agree.

  • Ann Sheridan was something else: came from Texas with an accent so thick she could spread butter with it, kept enough of it throughout her career till she may have been the most down to earth actress ever its always like having her in your living room, so real you can almost smell the cigarette she is smoking.

  • @doctornoooo

Ann Sheridan was a gem, and she died far too young.

  • @doctornoooo

She was great. Very underrated and undervalued.

  • The Ronald Reagen bloopers were hot just like he was back in the day

  • 'This thing threw me! What is it?'

    LMAO Bogie

    Ann Sheridan is so pretty.

  • Who is the girl in 1:20 ??

    I love this video XD!!

  • @RocyMartinez Good question...to which I do not have an answer. That part goes on forever, doesn't it? Heh. Glad you like the video. :)

  • Not sure about the girl doing the test, but the scene is a flashback from the Bette Davis movie "Now Voyager." The actor who got the part in question can be found at 2:27.

  • @RocyMartinez I believe that it's Olivia de Havilland

  • Opera singer/director Tito Gobbi used to do that! He'd show the singers how to do things in rehearsals by taking all the parts, he'd even play a young girl. I sat in a rehearsal once in Chicago and saw him do it. He didn't dress up though :) Hee hee.

  • The Big Shot. And it's actually in the movie.

  • What movie is that where Bogart falls out of the chair? Hilarious.

  • Seems like Charles Boyer plays a piano in every movie....

  • i'm not accustomed to hearing bogie laugh... i love it. he is just so sexy.

  • Comment removed

  • why was she called the oomph girl? sounds so oomphy!

  • According to my extensive research (aka Google), she was crowned with the title in some contest, and I guess the nickname stuck.

    Yay Ann Sheridan. :D

  • Who is the lady at 04:11? Thank you.

  • Ann Sheridan

  • Thanks. I was hoping to find the name of an actress, and Sheridan looked like her, but it turns out that I was wrong. Thanks nevertheless.

  • Ann Sheridan and Barbara Stanwyck had such different kinds of beauty.

  • the thing with bogie falling back in the chair, was it suppose to do that?

  • Nope. Hee hee.

  • Wow, that was pretty weird. XD

  • Ann Sheridan, such a Hot Tottie!!!

  • lolz regan is to cute!

  • 5:03 Claude Rains and Farley Granger (in the chair).

  • Actually, that was Robert Cummins sitting in the chair--the film was KING'S ROW

  • I adore these bloopers!! I almost died when that chair flipped over on Bogie! Isn't is funny to see Reagan in these movie clips? Stanwyck cracks me up!

  • Haha yes I agree ;D

"This thing threw me! What is it?!"

    Gotta love Bogie!!

  • Haha, I love Bogie on the ladder.

  • Humphrey and that chair... that was fantastic.

  • OMG,I almost died laughing when Bogie flew back in his chair! That was great.Claude Rains was hilarious too.

  • is that bogart at 3:18?

  • Yep, Bogie.

  • Usually the bloopers of Bogie involve him saying "Goddamn!" at forgetting a line; it's really funny to see him laugh at himself.

  • Bogie seems genuinely pretty ticked much of the time. So does George Brent.

  • I just love the old man laughing!!!

    ROFL

  • Ha, really? He annoys me. A lot.

  • I think he's so fricken hilarious I can't stand the sight of him... I start laughing by just seeing him XD XD
