What do you mean? Is Xena really in love with Ares? Then the scene between Xena und Ares are really breathtaking. Xenas hate to Cäser is obviously, but Ares ... I believe, that it's more between Ares und Xena.

There was never an episode or a timeframe where Xena expressed any indication that she stopped loving him. Us shippers believe she never did stop. ;)

I loved Kevin Smith as Ares - he was the ultimate, sexy bad boy but he had such vulnerability when it came to Xena. She was his ultimate equal in being a warrior. I was so shocked when I found out that Kevin passed away so young! This video was so nicely done.

There are so many! <3

All eps with them are great! There is so much inuendo and reading between the lines. The chemistry between them is palpable. Season 5 is pretty much the strongest season between them, with Season 6 being a close 2nd...even though there were only a handful of eps. The relationship had changed so much by then. I will message you a couple of websites where you can get your X/A shipper fix!

yeah .. but giving up his powers did not change anything did it.. she did not get with him..so he lost his powers and her in the end.. but i too always wanted to see them together

I would have liked to see a completely different show. One where Xena and Ares teamed up and she could call on him...kinda like in the shipper seasons. This video makes me remember that I wanted that. He was underused in season 6.

Firstly, thank you for your comment. :) Secondly, Xena did die, but not in the clips I used for this video (Ares, carrying Xena's body, putting her in an ice coffin etc.). It was part of her plan and it went wrong. I highly recommend watching Season 5. All the answers are there. She really died in the series finale two parter episode A Friend In Need I/II. (although it is the majority belief in the fandom that the events in that episode never happened.) :)

Thanks! And in answer to your question, technically Callisto is Eve's "father". She was given permission to implant Xena with a baby much like a Christ-like conception. But it gets confusing as the story continues because later (Seeds of Faith) episode, she gets re-incarnated into Xena's baby. Freaky huh?
