This is not LAX. I can tell just by looking, but to be specific: All landings to LAX are done from the east (if this plane were landing from the west, it would be flying over the ocean for most of the video). When landing from the east, you either land on the 25 Runways, in which case we would see the terminals, tower, and trademark Theme Building from this angle; or you land on the 24 Runways, in which case we would see an In N Out restaurant as well as the Parking Spot structure. Thus, not LAX
@simpsonsj it's definitely LAX. Freeze @3:22 and you'll see the Airport Office Center, which is at the corner of Westchester Pkwy and S Sepulveda Blvd. Look it up on Google Maps. That car park in the same frame is where In N Out is, but it's out of frame, in front of the car park. It lands on 24R.
@simpsonsj There is no argument here. Seeing that this is filmed from inside the aircraft. I can assure you the ticket purchaser recognized the airport and city of their destination. This is LAX.
could have been a great video you were seated on the best side of the aircraft but because of the cloud you missed the view of downtown los angeles the observatory and the hollywood sign good video thanks for posting
Finally someone who isn't obsessed about seeing the wing flap extended and all that rubbish, and actually for once has the camera focused on the view instead of the wing and engines. Thank you, I'm glad someone else also prefers enjoying the billion views rather than watching a bloody plane wing.
finally a smooth Airbus landing...

@simpsonsj Yeah, it's clearly LAX. Crystal City, Sepulveda Blvd, the parking garage next to the In N' Out are all visible before the landing.

@c1eve1andsucks - It came apart, pretty standard Airbus design.

It's great that the QF A380 is now flying on this route again finally after being grounded for just over two months.
