Nor the first time I will give this answer (or probably the last) Well, my first video used the OST if you want to watch it, though i felt constrained and limited by the OST avaliable (lets face it, everyone uses Prelude to war, its hard to get another track that truly fits a battle video). I moved on to other music so i could get the pace/feel I wanted in my Videos. feel free to watch my first vid though

@Evan7893 What was going on where? If your talking about the video its a collection of clips about the Pegasus from the Battlestar Galactica series. It was indended as more of a test to see what Pinnacle 12 can really do, but i uploaded it because i kind of liked how it ended up.
@Evan7893 If its a mess, atleast give constructive critiscism about it, instead of just swearing. It told the story of the Pegasus from beginning to end (as far as clips were avaliable), so I don't see how thats a mess unless you don't understand the story of Pegasus. Also, it usually helps me actually appreciate what you insult if you have uploaded your own videos, which as far as i can see you havn't. If you atleast tell me where the errors were then it makes it easier to improve.
@TRUExSIGHTS if u insist, the blurry mixed scenes were the biggest problem, and the music mixed with the the back background music was annoying eg. 0:40
@Evan7893 There was very little background music at 0:40 it was mostly lee Adama talking. I was learning Pinnacle 12 at the time, and this was literally my first video using that programme so I never quite got the balance right there, though I'm getting better the longer i use it. On the Whole there was very little use of the mixed scenes because my computer at the time couldnt handle it, which is why they also came out less than i would have desired if i was making it again now.

Its from the game metal gear solid 3. I cant really say any more than that, because i dont actually know, as ive never played it, but yeah i loved this extract of it the minute i heard it =D
@TRUExSIGHTS Nice vid. The music is called "Metal Gear Solid(Main Theme)" From Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater by Harry Gregson-Williams. He's one of my favorite composers. I've always wanted to this song in a video, but I dropped the idea because I thought it would be too short lol
@Deathhawknik it's the final minute or so of the Metal Gear Solid 3 theme, you can probably just YouTube it. The theme is actually the song used for the entire MGS series, but this specific version is from MGS3
Great job, you really captured the "feeling" or "essence" of sacrifice and the Pinnacle effects far overshadow anything i could do with my windows movie maker, sigh, i need to upgrade.
Definately much better and more professional looking. Be careful with your crossfades or overlaying - they linger a bit too long and aren't clear enough at times.
But massive improvement - and good interlacing of action with character driven story.
Glad you like the pinnacle software, I think you and I are among the few that instead of Sony Vegas.
