since you have a brushless motor you should use lifo batteries or whatever there called.

The factory tests the products before they box them. Stuff happens and some products crap out, but we support our products fully and if we see that it was not caused by the user, we send out parts or replacements without charge.

What is meant by "Brushless" ?

Brushless - There are no brushes in this motor, instead another system is employed to allow electricity to flow through the motor on the outside non-moving section of the motor, doing away with brushes. Brushless motors can be more efficient and have more torque. They have no Brushless, therefore less wearing parts and maintenance.
