Mayor Phil Gordon is a carpetbagger from Chicago. He claims he is a lifelong resident but that is a lie. He still has "Family" ties to Chicago.
Phil Gordon is so much worse than Fife Symington or Gov. Mecham. Where is the impeachment process when Phoenix needs it.
