I congratulate the role models on the stage for being real leaders. My sadness in watching this is that we - the black community - only recognize our "leaders" according to the propagandized corporate model. I just want for these men to know, I appreciate what they have made themselves, how they portray themselves, and their willingness to give themselves to the black community.

The reason the educated elders aren't being approached by Quote unQoute African Americans students is because black educators aren't using that education to solve Hood issues. Key word Solve.

True we have to start by talking and being there. I got tired of having countless conversation about the state of black females and young women so I became a mentor. We have to replace complaints with actions

1 start fund raisers to set up business for young black men who have natural talents besides schooling

2 invest in spy camera tech knowledge for young black men to wear around there necks or in a cars to cut down on police harassment

3 create acting classes to teach young black men how to learn think observed when being attacked by the white mans legal systems

4 tell black men the truth about the system and stop looking to say the problem black men, most of these men r raised by woman??
