  • Great video and it did help me to feel less alone. I live in the bible belt and religion is all around me. I am a recovering Godalholic and don't know anyone in my area that is an atheist like me. Thankyou

  • are you fucking kidding me? whoever made this video has too much time for MTV wowwww. blown away. like it fucking matters what celebrities are believers or non believers hahahahaha wow

  • @donnyspinz I actually made this video. I don't watch mtv. I average about 65-75 hrs per work week, so I hardly have free time. Not all of these people are celebrities. And I think it does matter to many people out there who are alienated from their families or coworkers because they happen not to believe in a god. This video was not an argument why to be an atheist. It was mainly a message to those who have been persecuted that they are not alone. I'm sorry you took umbrage with it.

  • OF COURSE I'm an atheist! :)

  • Did Clive just become an atheist? I remember him saying he believed in a god in an interview afew years back. Just curious.

  • I just some how knew Matt Bellamy, it was in my gut. xD

I'm sure it had something to do with his amazing piano skills. lol

  • Maybe they're before my time but I recognized like... maybe 15 of these people. Maybe 20. I sort of recognized Asia Carrera cause I remembered the song "Girls of Porn" from Mr. Bungle, and the line "Asia and John Holmes" and the picture looked like a pornstar so I looked her up, and now I know to whom Mr. Bungle was alluding.

  • It's ironic because everyone is atheist towards all gods, if not, they just choose their one god. They are atheist toward all the other. It's such a cliche line, but so true. Here's to humanity, reason, logic, and science! Let's make the world a better place.

  • Bruce Lee was an atheist? He just got that much cooler. Maybe that gave him the edge needed to defeat Chuck Norris.

Now I must rewatch the epic Atheist/Christian battle at the end of 'The Way of the Dragon'.

  • This list is innaccurate. Clive Barker for instance identifies himself as a Christian.

  • the reason i looked this up is because im just a nnormal guy and i just cannt believe the bible is true annd its nice to know that peopple smarter than me dont get it ether.

  • i thought donahue was a catholic leage member

  • All smart intelligent successful people. I guess God blesses atheist too, I'm confused. I was under the impression God only blessed those that have taken Jesus as their savor. According to my understanding these people should all live on the street and be poor and not deserving of any dignity. But then again God has bless the rich people because their smart at making profit and good at cutting cost. God is a capitalist you know, all that love and sharing crap is made up by the liberal.

  • The atheist horde is coming, quick run and hide under your bed and pray for the rapture. The sooner you are ruptured the sooner the rest of us can get on with living in a world with out wars, has a clean environment, and greedy religious people are in their heaven with no servants.

  • It's nice to see all these people who aren't afraid of sharing their beliefs and have been successful despite the many bigoted road blocks that stand in the way of atheists and agnostics in this country.

  • I KNEW there was a reason I've always been a fan of David Gilmour ;-)

  • Just like i dont care who is a famous christian, i dont care who is a famous atheist, it doesnt matter who's part of each sides group. All that matters is nothing points to a god and people shouldnt be sheep and swayed by who is and isnt part of their group, thats what religion is for, letting people be sheep.

  • @Blueace12345 then this video isn't for you. simple

  • @Blueace12345 you just a hater man

  • @OMGitsSEVEN Great, i'm a hater. Have an original thought. If a video shows people that are part of a group either atheist or christian or muslim and it sways you into joining it just because of whos in it, and for no other reason, you have problems.

  • @Blueace12345 I think this video is more for the fact that even though many celebrities are religious there are also disbelievers that have spoken out, therefore making it more normal for everyday people to speak out, you may not have noticed but it can be quite hard for some people to speak out due to their families reactions. So I've heard, not a problem for me though cos I'm a kiwi and i don't give a shit. I could be wrong though, funny how I'm wisest when I've had a few

    Quran:

    {Surah-57- the iron (hadid)-vs-20}

know that this world’s life is only sport and play and gaiety and

  • boasting among yourselves, and a vying in the multiplication of wealth and children, like the rain, whose causing the vegetation to grow, pleases the husbandmen; then it withers away so that you will see it become yellow, then it becomes dried up and broken down; and in the hereafter is a severe chastisement and (also) forgiveness from allah and (his) pleasure; and this world’s life is naught but means of deception.

  • @quranresponse Wow, amazing, i'm sure you've converted the 0 people that christians do when they put up bible verses no one cares about, the only difference being yours is from a book no one cares about and thus wont even bother to read as we know its just as pointless. Your book is toilet paper that i wipe my ass with, light on fire, then piss on to try to put out, and not even the good kind of toilet paper.

  • Hang on.... Richard Dawkins is an atheist?! :P

  • @MrDjmeves Yeah, haha, Dawkins an atheist?- surely there has been some kind of mistake? Next they'll be telling us Christopher Hitchens is one too!!!

  • Angelina is not atheist!

  • You should have included Paul McCartney.

  • @Celticsfan0801 /facepalm... no, what is sad is the fact that millions of people devote their time, money, and life to an imaginary friend. Do what you want, but don't look down at others who chose not to share in your delusion.

  • @eddygoombah You atheists crack me up. You speak out of one side of your mouth with, "We don't need to prove there is no God" and then you go on to write books, make YouTube Videos, host Atheist shows...makes me wonder what you're afraid of. Why do you even make the effort? Why don't you just STFU?

  • @YesYou123333 obviously we aren't afraid if we are willing to speak up about it. And so what if we do? Are you seriously suggesting that people with different perspectives and opinions should be silenced? Is that really what you are saying?

  • @eddygoombah You atheists are always saying you can't prove a negative. So, what exactly am I trying to silence? Why aren't there any shows claiming there is no Santa Claus? Or, no fairies? Or, no unicorns? But, somehow you atheists are only concerned with people who believe in God. You pretend to be so noble and caring. You don't want poor misguided children to be misled. Why don't you tell children there is no Santa Claus? Start a show, write a book. The "truth" needs to be known.

  • @YesYou123333 next time someone in congress tries to pass a law that forces all non believers in santa on a profiling list, or that pixie magic should be taught in public room science classes, then you will hear us taking issue with that. However, for the time being we'll just have to make do with the people who actually are doing that sort of thing...

  • @YesYou123333 It's pretty obvious that many people aren't able to survive without their dillusions and would do anything to silence the destruction of their belief system. Many of us don't find Santa to be as digusting as most god concepts and people haven't killed or abused children in the name of santa or a unicorn. You know the answer to these questions. I don't understand how you could even think that this is a rational argument against atheism or in defense of religion.

  • @YesYou123333 Well, your god must have run out of intelligence when he made you.

  • @Celticsfan0801 if the bible says that satan and his angels believe in god, that must mean satan is a theist. lol

  • Sorry, just one more thing: I just researched the Bush, Sr quote that had you so up in arms. It's dubious at best, bro. I thought you meant this was from a speech he gave or something. There is exactly ONE witness to Bush saying this, and even some atheists agree the witness is less than credible. I certainly wouldn't hold up this supposed Bush quote as proof that I'm not paranoid.

  • Noel Gallagher said: "See, I don’t know what I am. If I was an atheist I’d just write songs about not believing in God - but I don’t know what I am." And Angelina Jolie would be an agnostic too but overall nice video, even if I'm not an atheist. Great songs.

  • david attenborough is agnostic.

  • I think the overall conceit of this video is the idea that any atheist would think he's "the only one." Has this atheist ever been on YouTube before? There's a thousand of these "fellow atheist" vids.

Both atheists and super-Christians love to portray themselves as a hunted minority. Ridiculous in both cases. It's a battle the two sides create themselves, both claiming victim-status. Most other people realize that everyone has their own opinion, and that's okay. Please lose the soapbox.

  • @MckyMseNTarotCrds sorry, I won't lose the soap box. when a certain demographic is seen as the least trust worthy members of society, cannot hold public office, can get fired from their job and shunned by their community simply by stating their ideology, and has been suggested as non-citizens by the president of the united states, then making a simple video stating that "it's ok to be an atheist" is hardly ridiculous.

  • @eddygoombah I agree an open atheist could never be President, but neither could a single man or a divorcee. Idiots need their leaders to represent "family values" for some reason. But I think you may be a bit paranoid about the other things. Maybe it's where you live. In Philadelphia, I can't imagine anyone persecuting atheists. I know many vocal atheists, some who have shirts and bumper stickers proclaiming it. They have jobs. No one gives a shit. At least no one under fifty.

  • @MckyMseNTarotCrds Philly isn't a good representation on the feelings of the rest of the country. Simply because people you come in contact with don't care doesn't mean that families don't disown their kids, bosses don't fire staff members, and law abiding citizens don't get shunned by members of their community simply because they're atheist. Simply because you feel it is no big deal only suggests you never had to grow up with that as a problem. It doesn't invalidate the need to speak out.

  • @MckyMseNTarotCrds and as far as paranoia is concerned: " I don't know that atheists should be considered as citizens, nor should they be considered patriots. This is one nation under God." - George H.W. Bush August 27, 1987

According to the poll conducted by the University of Minnesota, atheists scored lowest as the least trustworthy under muslims, gays, immigrants conservative christians, and jewish people.

here are some actual stats to chew on: watch?v=fdVucvo-kDU

  • @eddygoombah That's scary about the Bush quote. But I think most people other than the far-right know he's an imbecile. My original point was that extreme atheists are like anyone with a "cause." They can be as insufferable as super religious people. I know, bro. I was a vocal atheist for years. And when I'm honest w/ myself, I have to admit that I liked being a part of something; it was my little "cause", it set me apart. I've learned to focus on my actual life and let others live theirs.

  • @MckyMseNTarotCrds1) We're talking George senior, not junior. But simply because some people may think he is an idiot doesn't take anything away from the fact that the leader of the free world and the most influential man in our country said that people who hold my ideology aren't CITIZENS. This wasn't said by some municipal comptroller in an obscure rural town in Wyoming, it was the President of the United States.

  • @MckyMseNTarotCrds 2) what the heck is an "extreme atheist"? someone who simply speaks his mind? That makes someone extreme? Extreme christians murder abortion doctors, extreme muslims blow up civilian busses. But for some reason, atheists who merely suggest that it's ok to not believe in god is somehow insufferable?

    are you serious?

  • @MckyMseNTarotCrds 3) Are you seriously suggesting that atheism is a banded cause perpetuated by group think? Atheism has no tenets, no rules, no dogma, no politics. It has no "cause". it is simply a philosophical reaction to a positive theistic stance. In reality, most atheists can hardly agree on anything when you get them together, which is a specific result of it NOT being a "cause". And that's the way it should be. This is why atheist organizations tend to be small and not very influential

  • @MckyMseNTarotCrds 4) In the future, please don't suggest to others to get on with their "actual life "as it is a bit condescending. Others may have different views on how to make one's life fulfilling. Personally, I find it very worthwhile to show those out there that may feel alienated and alone, as if they were social pariahs, simply because they don't buy into the concept of a god, that they are not alone, that they are productive members of society. How can anyone take issue with that?

  • @MckyMseNTarotCrds 5) I'm all for letting others live their lives. However, when it comes to theists, particularly christians in this country, they don't share that sentiment. As soon as they stop trying to use their religious dogma to sway public policy, force their ideology in publicly funded science class rooms, ban the right for gays to marry, assume that everyone who isn't a christian is lost and needs saving, etc. then I will most definitely let them be. Until then, I'll say they're wrong

  • @eddygoombah Hi, eddy. For some reason, I didn't receive notice of your last batch of comments; didn't see them 'til I saw josh's. There's a lot to address here, haha. Sorry if I was condescending. It's been my experience that many, not all, atheists are on a soapbox. I used to be one. I never implied "group think" and it's a bit insulting to say I did. But it's certainly a movement, as evidenced by atheists constantly citing statistics on how many are now atheist, etc. "Movement", to me...

  • @eddygoombah ...doesn't automatically imply some zombie-like, ask-no-questions state. If I gave that impression, I misrepresented my p.o.v. I simply meant that many use their 'beliefs' (please, no more hair-splitting) the same way extreme Christians do: to make themselves feel important, to feel somehow 'in the know'. I don't honestly see how you can dispute that, eddy. You're not talking to a Christian here; you're talking to an ex-militant atheist.

  • Comment removed

  • @eddygoombah In any event, I didn't mean it as a personal attack. I suppose my first comment was a bit insulting, and I apologize for that. But I've expressed the same exact sentiments to extreme Christians for years. I think the whole country would do themselves and others a great service by taking a big dose of "minding my own business".

  • @MckyMseNTarotCrds I think I agree with you...

  • @JoshHommeFan Thank you.

  • ah, yes put all these people up here like you know them and say their atheist. I feel great remorse for anybody that does not believe in God. you are lost and will have nowhere to go. don't be that way.

  • @CWRobinsonMusic I include each of these people in this video not because I know them but because they said that they have no belief in god. they are lost, they are productive members of society and contribute to the world in spite of how you may perceive them. How about you stop arrogantly accusing those who feel that a belief in your god is unjustifiable of being lost. I feel embarrassed for anyone that believes in a magic sky man with absolutely no proof and then looks down on those who dont

  • Steve Wozniak is an atheist? Can you be an atheist and a Freemason at the same time?

  • as if one couldnt be an atheist and a christian at the same time...

  • @CrystaTiBoha well since an atheist believes that there is no god, and christianity is the devout belief in jesus christ as the son of god, and savior... then the way that a person can be both christian and atheist escapes me

  • @eddygoombah Correction: An atheist does not "believe" there is no god. An atheist does not hold a belief in god. It would be silly to say that someone holds an active belief that no bigfoot exists. The same holds true here.

With regards to atheist christians (christian atheists?), google Robert M. Price.

  • @VTMMalkavian I believe bigfoot doesn't exist.

I believe there is no god.

    yay

  • @VTMMalkavian An athiest does not believe in god. You talk of an agnostic.

  • @iggypayne No, an agnostic claims no *knowledge* of any god. I didn't say anything of the sort.

  • While I'm all for showing "in-the-closet" atheists that they're far from alone, exclusively citing celebrities feels uncomfortably close to an appeal to authority... though wording it like that feels wrong... not sure how to phrase it exactly, but it leaves one with a feeling that you'd have to build yourself up socially to be able to safely admit to your own atheism. Maybe including a few links to atheist organizations and web sites would change that

Just for a bit of constructive criticism =)

  • I am an avowed Atheist. My morals, honesty, and my word are vastly superoir to most of the God-fearinng Christians I have met in my 70+ years.

  • @Schizy01 And you're so modest too! lol

  • great video fucking awesome

  • and here are the countless comment from dumb theism fan boyies yelling at us atheists wow sad.

  • great video! here in norway about 70% are atheist/agnostic and over 75% believe in evolution so i usually dont have the problem of feeling like im the only one :D still too many christians though

  • @danoodledooddle

Yeah, one christian is still too many christians. :D

That goes for every other annoying religion too.

I'd be fine with it if they kept it to themselves, but you know it doesn't work that way.

Also, that percent seemed a bit low. I'm sure many people claim to be christian because they are christian in the cultural sense and don't really think much about it. I'd say at least 90% of Norwegians are atheist. Conservatively.

  • brad pitt too, lennon, einstein, rolling stones, much more

  • @bobbypatz Einstein was most likely a deist, judging from many of his writings. while it is known he had no belief in the personal Christian god he makes many references to a "creator" or the clockwork universe, if there is a clock there must be a clock maker.

  • @astupid16yearold

actually, I'm pretty sure einstein was a pantheist. regardless, we definitely was not an atheist.

  • Daniel Radcliffe aka Harry Potter is also an atheist. He made the admission during an interview and then said "That's half of America that's not going to see the next Harry Potter film on the back of that comment" :)

  • sad

  • @AJ5669 What is Sad?

  • Came across this but I am not sure if I understand it. "There are famouse people who are atheists"? Ummmmm Okie Dokie. I'm not taking anything away from atheism, but why do non-believers constantly have to be reminded of their lack of belief by empowering, pardon the pun, "dogmatic" propopganda in the negative? Is Jodie Foster's atheism really entrenching you further into your belief or I should say non-belief? Yikes

  • @booksmart115 Many atheists feel alienated by the rest of society and made to feel like outcasts, freaks, non contributors, and anti-american. G.H.W. Bush himself said that "I don't know that atheists should be considered as citizens, nor should they be considered patriots." Tell that to Pat Tillman. This was made to show other atheists that they are not alone, and not to feel ashamed. To show atheists that it's ok to be one. We are, in fact, productive and law abiding members of society.

  • @eddygoombah

Non-contributors? Well I guess I just don't understand. I've never seen bathrooms that say "theists only". I never see atheists marching in the street with signs talking about employment discrimination. To be honest the only time I even hear anything from atheists is durring Christmas of Easter to protest a simple nativity scene or simply to call theists dumb. I 'd say the only time atheists are alienated is when they do it to themselves. One of my best friends is agnostic

  • @booksmart115 Are you kidding me? Atheists are considered the most hated and least trustworthy group here in the USA. We are fired from our jobs, shunned by communities and friends, disowned by family. We can't even hold public office. A very good friend of mine was beaten and had to flee his small town in Kentucky and move to California after his family kicked him out simply for saying that he was an atheist. Simply because you don't hear about it doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

  • @eddygoombah And he simply states, for the most part, he has a lack of belief but can't understand why atheism has been turning into a religion because of nut-jobs like (Dawkins) but the good PHD has a career in mind. The "lack of belief" is turning into a steadfast "belief" in certainty for the "disbelief" nuts huh? But like I said I have nothing against atheism, but to be honest my friend, I doubt that if atheism was dominant it would be as tolerant of theism as in the reverse role now.

  • @booksmart115 1st, your friend is an agnostic atheist. Gnosticism deals with knowlege. Theism deals with belief. Agnosticism is not a middle ground between atheism and theism.

2nd, Atheism can never be a religion. It has no tenets, no dogma, no rules, no deity to worship, nothing... Atheism is simply a reaction to the positive claim of the existence of a god or gods. That's it. It can be no more a religion than baldness a hair color, or nonstampcollecting a hobby.

  • @eddygoombah After all, atheism is not a majority however 90% of the atheists I meet seem to have a total intolerance to theists.

  • @booksmart115 thank you for the anecdotal ad populum fallacy. 90% of atheists you have met is not 90% of atheists. However, indulging your argument here, the reason some atheists may ridicule theists is because they might be reacting to being seen as second class citizens simply because they refuse to believe in something which there is no proof to believe in. Most Atheists I know attempt to disprove theism using science and reason, while still remaining respectful of others' rights to believe

  • @eddygoombah with regard my "ad populum"......um okie dokie but you waited all week to get that one out, but not really relevent in what I wrote. Unless it was but an assumption but hey all in good fun I suppose.

  • @booksmart115 excuse me? I've only been talking to you for a few hours, not "all week". When making an argument, it is better not to base your propositions upon logical fallacies as they allow your opponent an angle to easily dismantle your position. There are many types of logical fallacies, like ad populum, ad hominem. Understanding how to avoid these fallacies when taking a position can only strengthen the debate. So I don't really understand your comment here.

  • @eddygoombah OK I think I understand where you are coming from now. The video meant for one to take comfort in their convictions no matter what they may be atheism or whatever, take comfort in the fact they are not alone. I get it, that's all I was trying to figure out. By the way I guess I may have upset you with regard to the ad populum statement, I really didn't think we were debating anything and my previous posting I shared a simple anecdote hoping to hear one in exchange, I was not

  • @eddygoombah basing a foundation of belief on it, so take it easy, that's why it was not relevant. Getting back to the beginnig I really just didn't get the video until your last statement, it was not apparent to me.

  • @eddygoombah *bet

  • @eddygoombah Fired from your jobs? What kind of town do you live in? I have two houses, one in Chicago and one in Las Vegas and I have known quite a few atheists, I golf with one who live in my Vegas neighborhood once every couple weeks and he is open about it. He is very much so is employed and does very well for himself I have similar stories for in Chicago too. With regard to your friend it sounds like that "small town" would treat a Muslim, Hindu or Buddhist the same way. And yes sadly

  • @eddygoombah atheism is becoming a religion. Dr. Dawkins (personally I think the guy is amazing) has made a living by turning atheism into a religion. Now granted atheists do not worship but they have spent millions of dollars on books to simply confirm their disbelief, which I still don't get. They spend their time and money to go to seminars and listen to fellow atheists claim there is no God, which is fine but why. After all theists go to a church or similar to worship, why is it so

  • @eddygoombah important for atheists to read a book telling them what they already know? Why do they partake in meeting and speaking events in which they are the choir? Look I've got nothing against atheists, I think the whole argument is pointless, entirely pointless but whatever. I do get a little annoyed when people use atheism as crutch and act like there is an entire populace standing in their way of rights and progress. Sorry but I think the excuse is pathetic. Just so you know I

  • @booksmart115 we are the least trusted minority and it is illegal for us to get into state office in 7 states, there BILLIONS in our way

  • @eddygoombah originally simply didn't understand the statement of the video but they way you have described it to me, I guess I just don't see it but maybe it's because I don't live in a rural area (as most of America does not) which may be an indication that the problem is not as bad as you may think.

  • @booksmart115 again, simply because you don't see the problem, doesn't mean the problem doesn't exist. This video is only meant to show the atheist who is feeling alienated and shunned that they are not alone and that atheists are productive members of society. Whether you disagree with the statement, or whether you feel it is unjustified, or whether you feel it is unnecessary is moot due to the fact that this stuff does happen.

  • There could be more atheists out there than we thought, probably we have been duped into thinking otherwise and led to play by their rules, for far too long already. This trend has to be stopped.

  • My father can not accept that I am an atheist. He is a Christian. We've clashed only twice in the form of debate. He begged me to accept the religion into my thoughts because he doesn't want to see his son go to hell. It makes me so sad that he will die with thoughts that he is going to an eternal heaven and that I will never be present there with him, but instead that I will be rotting in hell for the same eternity. Uhg.

  • Isaac Brock ftw!! :D

  • Of course Bjork is an atheist.... almost everyone in Iceland are atheists. The outcome of a good education

  • don't forget about the great John Lennon !

  • Nobody is going to become an atheist just because of famous people who are atheists. But it is nice to know who is haha.

  • @Tengent agreed. this video was not to try an convert believers. it was just to make the people out there who already atheists... those who may feel alienated, shunned from society, cast out like pariahs... that they are not alone.

  • Excellent!

  • Religions teach their followers that they should always expect MORE than they have; to never be content with what they have, but to expect MORE because they DESERVE MORE.

This sort of greed is absent in the minds of those who are not guided by fictitious gods and mythological dogma.

I'm in heaven right now, my life is wonderful. I'm content and wish for nothing more, because I have it all. I will die one day and stay dead, until then I shall LIVE. Why would I want to be like YOU greedies?

  • WOOT PAUL BETTANY

  • I am a bit surprised you didn't mention Dave Matthews since he wears his atheism on his sleeve quite a bit in his music.

  • I wonder if George Carlin is being facetious when he says what he say in this video what he says at the end about aliens.

George Carlin - Inside the Actor's Studio (Part 5/5)

  • I saw several people on that list who aren't atheist. I've had the pleasure of hearing Noam Chomsky in person saying he wasn't and atheist for example.

  • Lol atheists feeling lonely... Are you kidding me geez?

  • @BLCEK Yeah. Given the accusatory and judgmental nature of theists, most atheist are made to feel alienated as if they are cast outs from society. This video was made to show them that many atheists are productive members of society so they needn't feel alienated

  • @eddygoombah Perhaps where you live it is like that. I haven't noticed anything like that here. 1/3 of my theachers are most likely atheists and lots of my classmates.

Anyway the best religion is the freedom of belief.

  • @BLCEK 1st, I know you're intentions are good, but please refrain from suggesting that atheism is a religion in the future.

2nd, here in the states, Atheists are considered the most hated and least trustworthy group here in the USA. We are fired from our jobs, shunned by communities and friends, disowned by family. We can't even hold public office. Even president bush sr said we shouldn't even be considered citizens.

  • @eddygoombah Ok then. Sorry if I sounded like a jerk

  • @eddygoombah indeed when word got out i was an atheist shit hit the fan. a lot of people said things like "i cant be your friend cause you are an atheist" and such. many of my teachers didn't care but theist teenagers are quiet cruel. but this should be expected from a small town in Alabama. but that when i found out who were my true friends, and who weren't closed minded. also I'm sorry but i have to say you forgot one of my favorite atheists, Seth MacFarlane

  • @BLCEK you obviously don't understand how bad it is for us, we are not allowed to hold public office and only 10% of the USA are atheists, and 75% are christian. If you take a look around we get victimized for everything because naturally religion is a judgemental thing a lot of the times. what makes you possibly think we don't feel alienated?

  • @zephyr20x6 It's nothing like that here so I wouldn't know what it is like there. I explain it better in one of the comments the video maker replied at

  • @BLCEK oh im sorry, its just that I look at the our culture and whats going on all over the world and theists usually seem very judgemental I ussually never get judged bcuz no-one ever knows unless they ask me. So I was just surprised when I here someone not understand why athiests would feel alienated, I have been figuring out that the location can make all the difference, and not everyone observes tediously the world as I do.

  • I saw a "Famous Christian" video the other day, it featured Billy Ray Cyrus, Kirk Cameron and Pam Anderson.

  • Jodie Foster kick ass I love her as an actress she is one of the best people in Hollywood .

  • The big lesson here is that there are lots of atheists out there, and they are among the smarter, brighter, more interesting, generous and creative people.

  • God bless Richard Dawkins. And I thank God everyday that I'm an athiest.

  • Wow! really enjoyed this. completely disagree with the premise but just thought it was a riveting watch.

  • I believe in science. Everything has a logical explanation. I believe in evolution. Does that make me an atheist?

  • @silyanina If you believe there is a god/gods, you're a theist. If you don't believe there are any gods, you're an atheist. Science is really an irrelevant factor.

  • @silyanina no just that if you dont belief in a god you are a atheist logic and evolution are extra,s

  • their exists no god but only the being in our mind that we use to run away from responsibilty, labelin yourself as an athiest is just like saying you're are catholic, its all there to create separation among human beings.

  • Note how all the people on this list are smug bastards.

  • @CinemaCollect annika sorenstam is a smug bastard? Note how your quote shows your stupidity.

  • @CinemaCollect

-better being smug than your false modesty.

  • @CinemaCollect note how all the people on this list have brains ;)

  • @CinemaCollect Note how all the people on the list are so much more interesting than most believers.

  • Asimov was a smug bastard?

  • fuck god, hail Satan

  • @VesselOfLucifer neither exists, so no thanks

  • I hate warrern buffet so much so that I might become delusional and make myself a theist because he is an atheist.

  • Bruce Lee FTW

  • Wow! Dude thanks for the video! I didn't know all of these people were atheist! Made my day, I feel alone around where i live because I am the only atheist :(.

    Love it! XD

  • @TheFightingRebel

and for all of you who keep asking... THAT'S why I made this video....

  • @TheFightingRebel Well, hang out with the gang. There are TONS of atheist fun on YouTube!

  • one of those songs that were played said he doesn't believe in a thorny crown. Funny thing is that, CHRIST WAS REAL. even scientists who believe in the big bang acknowledge he was a real person. And God is real...........you believe in time don't you? if you see its 6pm on your watch, you believe it. but you cant see the physical form of time. But with God, you can. you see how he changes lives, and his beautiful earth. as for war.....we have free will, enough said.

  • @sbowman128675

have fun talking to your ceiling!

  • Time is an invention of man, just like God. And Christ was the Jew's version of Horus, so don't over-think it buddy. And of course some scientists who believe in the big bang believe in Christ. Some of them believe in Buddha. I myself, promise to believe in any God you can prove exists. But in four-and-a-half billion years on this planet, no one seems to be able to prove that their particular God exists, even though everyone seems to be the only ones who got it right. Clowns.

  • @lesenfantterribles all the prophets from the old testament in the bible foretold of a savior, and Christ came. The prophets were real people, archeologists found places that are talked about in the bible. And God never said "Know I exist", he just tells us to believe in him. Its like what Judy from The Santa Clause said. "seeing isnt believing, believing is seeing" Once you see the unimaginable, it doesn't seem that amazing.

    God is real my friend

  • @sbowman128675

if god is real, then I would think he would be much less of an ass hat than the one who is portrayed in the bible.

  • @eddygoombah what are you talking about? give me some good examples of that.

  • @sbowman128675 Just the idea that a creator of everything needs adulation or else he will torture you for eternity is the definition of an egomaniac. That right there is enough to call him an ass hat

  • @eddygoombah I think its kinda nice that he calls us all into a relationship. and he created hell to test us. to see what our heart desires. honestly, a life lived for God is greater than anything. He may have created the tree of good and evil, but he told Adam very well what would happen if he ate from it. God is all good my friend. The bible tells us so :)

  • @sbowman128675 If god is completely devoid of evil, then it would be impossible for him to create hell. In fact, if your god is also omnipotent and omniscient, then it's impossible for evil to exist in the universe at all. Not only that, but if a god is omniscient at all, that completely usurps free will, which negates the reason for a hell in the first place. So, if your god created a hell, then given all that, he must be merely an ass hat.

  • @eddygoombah God may have allowed the creation of evil, and i cant give a good answer as to why he created the knowledge of good and evil. But what did he do when he created the tree of good and evil in the garden that Adam and Eve lived? He TOLD THEM what would happen if they ate from it. He may have let evil be created, but because of that we have a choice. and in all honestly, i think its cool that i can put my trust in God to overcome all evil, and he does it.

  • @sbowman128675 let me tell you why what you said is totally strange to me. 1) By your own admission, you disagree with the tenants of your religion. It is impossible for a benevolent god to create or allow evil to exist. In order for this god to do this, he needs to have evil qualities, something that the abrahamic religions tells us he does not have. 2) Did you honestly say that it's cool that god created evil for you to overcome it? Cancer is cool? Genocide is cool? Poverty? The Jonas Bro.s?

  • @eddygoombah God made a real livable world, the perfection comes AFTER this life. He created a world, what else could i say. we chose him= eternal life. we chose him= great time on earth. I don't know else I can say. Compared to God, evil is nothing. God is great, evil suxs, he allowed it to be made, but w/e. cause Gods goodness, is better than his wrath. God loves all, I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY!! lol

  • @sbowman128675 not to mention that the mere concept of a being that is all knowing completely destroys the idea of a free will because he already knows what you will do. There really is no choice for you to make, and if it appears that you do have a choice, it is merely cosmetic, since your god already knows the path you are to take. It is already done in his eyes. So there is no such thing as free will

  • @sbowman128675 But you said that god created hell, how can son=meone that is good would have people suffer for eternity, for ever and ever?? for a test? Did the things that god told adam happened or not? did he die that DAY? Why would god test someone that doesn't know the difference between good and evil? Why didn't got just destroy the devil so that we didn't have to go through all this sufferinG.....

  • @sbowman128675 sorry buddy, I have to tell you, the profecies never came through, the cristians changed the facts to fit the profecies....fast example, jesus was of nazareth, (if he ever existed), the early cristians changed it bethlehem without any proof just to fit the profecies...look it up, I'm not going to do your work for you.

  • Your story you're so proud of has been told been told before. And they found the City of Troy, but I'll bet you don't think that means a God named Achilles was really there, do you? I don't doubt the locations mentioned in the bible, just the childish magic. God is as real as Santa, and you're right, as soon as you convince yourself something that can't be possible is, you can start believing in all sorts of things, Gods among them.

  • it figures all of these people are atheists, they're all "self" serving....what's your point these media stars are athesiest so should I? there's logic for ya....

  • I think Obama is an undercover athiest. He has criticized the bible in the past.

  • But Eddygoombah is actually Catholic/Globalist. Here are bold public death threats against all who are not Catholic.

    theirsecrets info

I can't seem to convince Eddygoombah that he is not Catholic. He keeps insulting me when I reveal these death threats and can't seem to notice them. If he stopped mentally diagnosing humans, maybe he would notice them.

  • @tmac1238GX

yay tmac, way to pimp you insane web site on my video. You have now gone from crazy troll to annoying spammer. can you go any lower?

  • Isn't it funny how atheists consider themselves superior in intelligence and rationality? and that believers are idiots? well then how come Einstein himself was a believer?

  • @kasumoto2008

because einstein was a pantheist... he did not believe in a personal god, nor did he like the concept of religion. So, all in all, he was hardly a theist.

  • @kasumoto2008

regardless, whether someone in past history held beliefs in a god holds no real point all in promoting theism. Newton was a christian... so what? It still doesn't prove theism. An argument from authority is a logical fallacy. I suggest you try not making that mistake in the future.

  • @kasumoto2008 not in a personal god and he didnt like it when people qoute him to support there stupid beleifs in a personal god and no i never said people are stupid because there theist but it is a fact that most more educated people are atheist and the more uneducated and poor a country is the more it is religious

  • @kasumoto2008 I do not believe I'm superior to believers, only the ones who have no idea what they are talking about ( I even dislike atheist for the same reason). 2ndly Einstein was CRAZY. He had to paint his front door red to remind him where he lived - thats not really saying much.

  • thanks for giving me a list of people to pray for
