i installed it myself, nothing to it realy, just take it out of the antistatic wrapper (make sure your grounded) and slot it into the back of your desktop in an empty pcie slot

Is it difficult to install it into the computer?

well at the back of most desktops (usualy down the bottom) are metal plates (aprox 1cm H, 7cm L). normaly there are like 4 and 1 or 2 will already have ports for like vga, dvi or s-video etc..all u do is take out a vacant one and put the card in there and that gives u the 2 new hdmi in/out and component ports on the back. hope tht makes sense lol

@casanova218 The Blackmagic Intensity Pro is a internal capture card?? That i would actually have to put in my computer myself? I'm looking for something that has HDMI inputs this is the only thing i have found but i need a external capture card since i have a laptop i think IDK. So confused... =(

@lHeAdsWillRoLL yes this is an internal cap card that goes in one of the pcie slots. my old laptop at an hdmi port but if ur looking for an external hd cap card u wont find one if its usb...

thats bcoz ur hard drive is not fast enough to handle the huge files [it cant transfer them fast enough so some frames get dropped). my internal SATA hard drive is just slow enough that i cant cap at 720p or 108-p but my external eSATA 1tb hard drive can handle 720p but not 1080i. so if ur trying to cap at 1080i change it to 720p, if u cant cap at 720p make sure it is compressed jpeg
