  • Love doing these :)

  • very nice, it would be more impressive if it was the leg and arm of the same side like left leg and left arm or right leg with right arm :)

  • IT LOOKS LIKE HE DOESNT HAVE ANOTHER ARM!!!

  • zohan can do no handed pushups

  • sick form, sick arm!!!

  • holy shit

  • Someone brought this up in a video once, that, calisthenics aren't promoted hardly ever because there is no money to be made on them by corporations and on you buying some fancy machine/ program. I say that hits the nail exact on the head.

  • @intuitioninstitution Makes sense to me. After all, you can't sell someone a floor.... or maybe you can!

  • @KajHags Ain't that the truth eh? Thats what I've been saying too

  • Holy shit ... Nuff said

  • Only one limb away from doing the legendary 1 leg pushup

  • Seriously... you're a beast...!!

    ..That's some monster level workout...!!

  • @KajHags ...dude your totally right...is that why one of the nfl combine tests is a 225 rep maxout? dude they are such pussies for that. GAWD!!!!!

  • Man, you're in better shape than I am as an eighteen year old.. I just got into working out last month. Curious, what's your diet look like?

  • Thumbs up for doing a push ups with half your limbs.

  • This dude is to fucking strong!

  • @KajHags Bench pressing is for the chest though, while a one handed push ups is for the triceps and only a little bit for chest.

  • 500lbs, I've never done a good morning in my life and I don't want to until I start plateuing for the deadlift. But is there any other exercises I should do besides that once I stop improving? Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially since I saw that there is a competion on june 14th in Waterloo, and dude you're incredibly strong. I've been writing down goals for where I want to be in the future and now one of them is to be as strong and look as good as you.

  • Timahwolf, how did you train up for this?

  • BRO no homo but ur physique is nice (if ur the dude from the 20 clapping pull ups), u do a lot of calisthenics? N this is awesome, 1 arm 1 leg push ups! can u do lyk two finger with 1 arm and 1 leg? If u can't u should work towards doing that. This is my new goal i'm able to do 1 arm push ups but not many lyk 2 or 3. But awesome job bro.

  • timbahwolf>beast

  • Whats your calorie intake/diet. Just wondering how healthy you eat

  • @KajHags 1 arm ??? pffft thats bitch shit , real men use no hands .

  • nice one - Your turkish squats are sick too - ever tried single arm press on the ball? its a killer. if its easy, go to single arm single leg..

You should think about doing Ninja warrior over in japan... 250,000 for the winner... only 4 in history...

  • do you by any chance happen to be a werewolf?

  • you really 42 man?

  • you're a motivator!!

  • its actually pretty easy if ur in good shape (not overweight etc.) i can do like 20-30 1 hand regular pushups and those 1 hand 1 leg are just a lil bit harder cause u need better balance thats all... nothink really special try to do 1 hand pullups thats somthink!!!

  • just tried this.

It's brutal: tests your core just as much if not more than your arms.

  • Keep it real ! This guy is extraordinary ! Respekt !

  • That's incredible!!!

  • Bench press is irrelevant. After taking Principles of Optimizing Human performance I learned all it does is fuck up your back and is only used for pushing someone off you in mma when flat on ur back. Push ups = street fighter kings

  • and what about when push ups get too easy?

  • @jhavid2 do luke skywalkers ;-D

  • @SuckItLily this

  • its all about form once again

horizontal (short or wide arm range) and vertical arm position

i for myself do really good at this pushups but i am only 71kg ~150lbs

  • that is brutal im going to train to do a set!

  • i know someone who benches 225 and cannot do one...i only bench 150 and can do 3....

  • i understand what your sayin. I used to bench 225 and not do a single one arm pushup but after a couple of months off my bench went down to 185 but now I can do 8 one are push ups. go figure

  • @kyle0681 What about now, how is your bench and push up numbers?

  • that is super weird but i still cant do not 1 single 1 arm pull-up very very very hard lol

  • Great props on that right there. That exercise is harder than it looks I can only do like 3 max.

  • This guy is superb; he has phenomenal development and capabilities.

  • You're a complete moron if you claim to be able to get this big doing fucking pressups - and I dont care about the variations. If you want to get bigger and stronger you need to increase the weights you use - you cant do that with bodyweight alone.

  • you can get as big as this guy by doing push ups and bodyweight training only. Actually you can get as big with bodyweight only training as with weighttraining, only weighttraining costs less time and is eassier!

  • @jlvi13 he does pullups with 110lbs on his waist so I wouldn't exactly say he doesn't use weights

  • @jlvi13 true that i hate bodyweight i like the decreased time of weight training, and very true on its easier, and also easier on the joints, if you do it right.

  • @jlvi13 u cant get big by doing jus weights, u have to increase ur food intake/protein to build muscle, u can pound a thousand reps, but if ur not eating right u wont gain size!

  • @jlvi13 the last three words are a lie. how is it easier? it is hard work either. but about the rest dito

  • @freshsteff94 It's not a lie, but I think you don't get what I mean. Bodyweight is harder because after a while, regular push ups will not do a thing for you. To still get results you would have to do exercises like full planche push ups which is hard. You can simply start doing those when you can do 100 push ups. It's a completely different exercise. Weighttraining exercises are easy to perform. The amount of weight you use will make it heavier, but the movement will stay the same!

  • @jlvi13 ooh ye i got you wrong. i thought you meant that bodyweight training was easier.. sorry ^^

  • @jlvi13 i think you just blew my mind. i'm not sure. I just swallowed a dorito chip without chewing.

  • @jlvi13 hahaha that is one of the stupidest misconceptions that ppl have everytime they see a really cut muscular guy (but no bodybuilder big) like this guy or a male model's physique, they think 'oh only bodyweight ex + light weights'. absolutely untrue.

  • @jlvi13 But bodyweight is less expensive

  • @goppel1 True :)

  • @jlvi13 So professional body builders could still be pros if they subbed bodyweight exercises for their weight training? If they did everything else the same, they could do nothing but bodyweight exercises and be pro bodybuilders?

  • @TreyGre7 I think it could be. Bodybuilding doesn't mean you need to get as big as you can, but to build a body according to some aesthetic thoughts. There are some muscles which are difficult to workout with bodyweight only, but if you know how to handle it, those shouldn't be to much of a problem. Beginners respond very good to bodyweight training, but it is more difficult once you get more advanced. So then you need more advanced bodyweight exercises. It's not easy, but it is possible!

  • one arm/one leg pushup is the equivalent to a heavy bench

  • Not unless your chest weights 200kg its not.

  • How much can you bench? It doesn't even matter...get down and try those and tell me those aren't hard. You're lifting a decent amount of your bodyweight on one arm.

  • I can bench more than my upper torso weighs thats for sure. II can see exactly what hes doing, and I didnt say they were easy. They are however not the same as doing a heavy bench press for muscle growth and development.

  • right on dude!

  • you're really strong

  • Good job.

  • good going

  • hi timbah

just found your site and think it is really good. when i first saw you, i thought it was Jason Scott Lee!! (he did a couple of good movies. (still acting, but mostly i supporting rolls. looking forward to your next vid.

  • Hey Timbah? Do you any weight training (for your biceps, triceps, chest, etc) OR do you only use bodyweight exercises (like pushups and pull-up dip variations)?

  • lol of course he does weights. He's not at that gym just to do bodyweight exercises!

  • I go to the gym just to do bodyweight exercises. I don't look like this dude, but I can do about five of those one arm one leg pushups, and I know people who do look like him who only do bodyweight conditioning.

  • "I know people who do look like him who only do bodyweight conditioning. "

They may only do bodyweight conditioning NOW, but in order to look like that they must have been using iron at some point. You cant get really large on bodyweight alone, it just doesnt happen.

  • It happen with proper nutrition, but It'll take just more more time, the muscle created with bodyweight have much more mitrondrias than the one you do with weight, so right nutrition is needed, because metabolism will go fast and u'll be creating a mad level of free radicals with that muscle.

  • "It happen with proper nutrition, but It'll take just more more time"

You do not get freaky big like that doing bodyweight exercises. You're simply incorrect.

  • I wasn't meaning that it'll make you freaking big...

for example: the guy in the video isn't big for his complexion.

Being big isn't really useful, unless you're a bodyguard, bodybuilder, or something like that.

And yes you can have a good growth with bodyweight, but you would need harder and harder execersies...

  • You said you know people the same size as this guy who do bodyweight only exercies. Im telling you - you are misinformed.

  • I'm sorry dude, I know you're a smart person but I'm not misinformed, You're. I'm no the one who said he knew people like this guy, it was Jabebelleme.

  • My apologies! I misread :)

  • Np.

  • I am one of those guys, so I know it is true.

  • You just said that muscle was created.

    That's an auto-fail.

    Learn some biology please.

  • It seems like you are a smart guy but lol =P

Dude I got it from the beggining, and I know what you meant my sister is a medic, she explain everything for me when it comes to exercises, hormones, etc.

BUT I thought it has nonsense to attack me pointing that muscle isn't created, because its a expression, it may be literally wrong but you get the point of what I'm meaning.

thank you, I hope you have a nice day.

  • Yeah I sort of figured that your comment was just a miswording, and you'd understand the principles well enough to have a chuckle at the pretention involved in my first comment.

Guess Internet doesn't convey that well

  • so true.

    Don't worry, lol.

youtube usually is a place for many stupid discussions in the comment section.

I'm glad you're not the kind of person that offend the people with bad words.

  • yes you can. I did.

  • complete bs

  • I go to the gym to do bodyweights exercises most likely too, lol. The people criticize because of that lol.

I don't look like I am strong as the dudes that do insane weights but I can do harder excersices than the ones they do (not lift as much weight though).

  • im trying these..now

  • wow and i thought i was the only one that was doing that

  • sorry balboa started made it popular

  • yea but balboa only did one handed pushups just regular easy ones the ones that i am doing are one handed with one leg spread all the way across more across then this guy try doing that :)

  • i thought it was easier the wider apart your legs were

  • @CharlesWII , he's using one leg so what diffrence does it make

  • omg dude. i cracked my back in so many places trying to do these

  • ouch for the wrist, maybe next time you could try it with the fist or tops of the fingers

  • Wicked, thanks for the influence, gotta give those a try!

  • Fake! I can see the strings! :squint:

  • Nice man, how tall are you?

  • 5'10

  • @timbahwolf how much do you weigh? im guessing around 200 or so...

  • @timbahwolf Hey man I was looking at your 20 clap pullups... do you live in Toronto? Cause I swear that's Harbord Collegiate. Just out of curiousity what gym do you work out at and what can you do for the oly lifts and the dead, squat and bench? I just started doing powerlifting so I was wondering if maybe you can give me a few tips on ways to get stronger and more powerful but stay at the same weight since I want to compete in powerlifting.

  • @timbahwolf I just started working out 4 months ago, I started off doing body building type exercises and then 2 months ago I started doing powerlifting. I weigh 183lbs and I bench 255lbs, squat 450lbs and deadlift 495lbs. I really want to have a good bench, how should I get to 305lbs in 8-10 months training both smart and hard? And any extra exercises I should do for deads, I've only done deads for 2 months and went from 305 to 495 and now I'm going to start wearing a belt so definetely over

  • Impressive ! Very impressive !

  • Wow. You are SO strong. Excellent.
