Some of those falls on the snow look a bit ugly. The Beatles could not have afforded any injuries to their hands. I'm not a big advocate of putting novice skiers on the slopes and just letting them wing it. It's a wonder nobody blew out a knee. A broken wrist would have ended recording for a while.

Just think, 4 kids born in a lower class area during WWII heard different kinds of music, absorbed it all & practiced playing & covering songs they heard, wrote a few of their own, played at little dives, then better places, learned recording, tried to sell a few records, became very close & took on the world, writing songs that are even at this moment being enjoyed by millions, many hearing certain Beatles records for the 1st time & loving it.
