    Who is this clown? I'm all for personal accountability, but the fact is, some things are beyond the ability of the individual to control. How can you take responsibility for something that truly wasn't your fault? This myopic philosophy will only lead to anxiety, shame, and frustration.

    Accept what you can't change and change the negative things which are IN YOUR POWER to change.
