@sommer98 I used as a Mahq.net reference and only used the series and OVA's occurring during the One Year war. Although the F2 was indeed fielded during the One Year War, it didn't show in a OVA before 0083 Stardust Memory.
Yeah zeons awsome. I really like both fed and zeon alike though, both prospectives of these sides are really interesting to me. Same with when in zeta how A.E.U.G is like the new zeon but are the heros. Then Titans are the corrupt federation. Man, but you've just got to love the way they designed zeons suits by the way. I mean the way they all have the scary bright pink eyes, thats cool.
I think the Zaku II is just awesome by default, maybe the real star of the Gundam series?
But if you want some descent GM action, I can recommend watching MS IGLOO Apocalypse 0079 and episode 3 of MS IGLOO 2 The Gravity Front. These shows show GM's owning! (and also some descent detailed designs)
This song works so well with evoking the Zeon and their tragic struggle. I really like the line where he talks about dreaming of the sky. I can imagine people of Zeon dreaming of one day taking back their right to live on Earth and living under a real sky, a right that belongs to all humans yet stolen by the tyrant federation.
The Rick Dom is indeed awesome, but isn't from Gundam Seed! The Dom, and it's space-faring variant Rick Dom first showed up in the original show: Mobile Suit Gundam (1979). The producers of Gundam Seed wanted to make a new retelling of Mobile Suit Gundam (and it's direct UC descendents), took the plot of the original, manipulated the plot such that it contains more mecha's, explosions, flat characters, and plot-holes. And added Zaku's, Gouf's and Doms in order to attract UC fans.
.. and off course all in order to sell toy mecha's! Although the Gundam franchise is inherently commercially intended, the other shows at least backed it up with a good story, good characters and (usually) a well-thought plot. Seed and it's descendent's hardly took a effort to masquerade their intention of a 24 minute toy-commercial.
..(Yeah, I'm quite a old-style UC fan, I'm glad Sunrise / Bandai are taking UC up again with the MS IGLOO and Unicorn shows)
@Tuning3434 Yeah SEED was kinda a bitch for doing that, i'm a UC fan n i find all the other gundam series sorta inferrior when compared to UC (just a point of view)

Thanks, but to give proper honor to the Zaku, would require a separate AMV on its own.
No Andrew WK though, the band is called Godsmack.

Needs way more Zakus ;) excellent video nevertheless and Andrew WK is badass.
