I love this. Maggie Smith is one of those women who truly grew into her beauty in middle age. She was absolutely stunning at the 1990 Tony Awards. I bought a copy of Lear's magazine about 18 years ago (which I don't even think is published anymore) because there was a beautiful photo of her on the cover and a wonderful article. I still have it!
