Man, I wish the WRX STI you can buy in the dealerships could perform like this one. I work for a Subaru dealership and if they gave me the keys for this one to gas it up for test drives, I probably wouldn't come back for a while. And then have to pull it immediately into the detail bay to wash off the mud, haha.

Rallying at that level does require you being a pro.  However there are often other categories which are run over the same stages at each event. Talk to your local motorsport club to see what events are available in your area.

I was there and one of the day we had one event canceled cause some Idiot spectator was on the road or something. The only car I got going flat out was the Tiburion that was first and every other car was crusing on my video sucks it was a nice corner too.

So I live in Vermont and the owner of the US Subaru Rally Team actually lives near me and their HQ is in Vermont. Vermont has a lot of great roads for rally driving... trust me I know. Driving around in my Subaru has become like a daily pastime for me... so anyways i'm trying to figure out why we don't have more large rally events here in VT. I've been to some SCCV (Sports Car Club of VT) events, but those don't come close to matching the intensity of a fullblown rally. Anyone know whats up?
