New York City is truly the greatest city in the world. I don't care what anyone says. A city that has been through so much in so little time compared to the european cities. Europeans brag about how their cities are "older" who gives a shit?? I care about what a city has NOW not what it had in the past. I prefer times square over the Colliseum any day. If anything that just proves how great new york is, such a young city yet has more to offer than any other city in the world.
It looks ok from a few images but it is far from reality.
New York City is too dirty. Most of the people are not nice at all and divide of rich and starving people on the street is greater now. Just walk a few block and you will see a lot of sick people who don't know what to do with themselves. Now the taxes will be higher and I really don't know how they people will survive.

The Dutch were indeed the first Europeans who set foot on the Australian continent, not by Abel Tasman but Willem Janszoon did in february 1606 (as first he mapped the Australian west and north coast).The Englishman James Cook set foot on the Australian east coast in 1770(164 years later!)...Look for the Dutch history of New York on my channel...the first video...Greeting from Holland.

The Dutchman Peter Stuyvesant established a Dutch 'trading company' on what is now called Manhattan in the 17th century (he called it Nieuw Amsterdam). More Dutch settlers came and out of that 'what is now called' New York developed. ps.
