I dont see what the problem is. No its not a fully fledged gran turismo game but it succeded in what it set out to be, a pick up and play title. I use a lot of racing games on the psp and gran turismo is one of the better ones. Do you really think they are going to be able to make a full career mode for the psp. Even if they could it wouldnt really be a 'pick up and play' title.

buddy, you obviously did not really think about what polyphony had to work with. DVDs hold up to 4.7gb on a single layer disc, however UMDs only hold up to 1.8gb on a whole disc, its not dual layer either and gran turismo PSP is a 1.7gb game, so to make a carrer mode in a game that occupies nearly a whole UMD would be impossible because it would go over 2gb in total with the extra mode so they had to cut that feature out and replace it with something else smaller and we ended up with this

Por otro lado es cierto que a mi me gusta el GT en PSX, PS2 y PS3, nunca lo he jugado en PSP pero las mecanicas deben ser muy parecidas. Ademas no lo defiendo, es solo que el GT no es para los jugadores que prefieren una conduccion arcade ya que a las primeras se van a frustrar porque hay una gran diferencia entre simulacion y arcade.

I like cut scenes too but they're not needed in a game this good. The best part is the physics are actually much much better than in gt4

So much crying about the video but actually explain very well what is wrong with GT PSP, i have and its was fun until i beat all the driver challenges, after that is a snorefest with nothing much to do.

Also the car list is soo disappointing, with Ferrari and Lamborghini Licenses they only like 2 cars per brand, what a waste of a license. Also theres lots of repeated (exacly the same car but Euro,Asia, Us versions).

GT PSP was a quick mediocre port of GT4 after 5 years of waiting.

most psp games sucks alot because they dont really concentrate on making the game properly because its PSP.... most psp games which has episodes like final fantasy, formula one, fifa etc.... when the new episode releases most likely they'll copy paste and change maybe like 20% of the game... like fifa 11, EA only changed the game menu, modes, jerseys, settings, etc.. the rest.. 100% copy paste.. they dont even update the players hair styles, stadium, graphics. same goes to formula one 09/10

I've always disliked the GT series anyways, this just shows me that I shouldn't show any interest in the series just because it has a PSP entry.

Modnation Racers piqued my interest in PSP racing games, but the analog stick controls make it feel a bit off. It looks like the NGP is gonna fix that problem, but we won't exactly have a Modnation Racers NGP game for a few years. ;__;

Give me LBP and MNR on the NGP and I'm set for years.
