Write in your letters that if you don't get a reply that they are confirming the problem is merely a computer error and a case of automated mail outs.
Least then you have the paper work to show in a court if it goes further.
It really sounds like they are trying to drill you down.

While I appreciate your advocacy, I offer you two very sincere observations... 1) your being defiant without a legitimate position is part of your problem... and 2) the other part of your problem is that your "861" research was seriously incomplete... In fact, thanks to you and '861 idiots' like Thurston Bell, the case precedent against your half-baked theories have made it enormously difficult for the legitimate arguments to get even the most cursory reading by a judge.

It doesn't matter what the law says, or what anyone claims the law says; thieves will be thieves. As for "half-baked theories," I've heard lots of people with their own pet theories to sell, but I have yet to see anything in the law contradicting what I found. So far, you're just doing the same baseless "that's frivolous" garbage the extortionists do.

The pseudonyms the agents use crack me up. I've been on the phone with 15 irs agents (all of them recorded) and I seriously doubt any of them are using their real name. "The due process" they claim to abide by is a colossal load of shit. They deemed my evidentiary questions a "frivolous" argument regardless of the fact I wasn't even making one. I was only asking if they had personal knowledge or factual evidence that I was a taxpayer with liable taxable income.

@senstatulo I'm guessing you haven't read "The Most Dangerous Superstition." There is a whole chapter on how the delusion of "law" and "government" leads otherwise decent people to become agents of evil, while still imagining that they're doing the right thing. And even if they don't like it, and don't respond well initially, it's essential that people start telling them that they are NOT the good guys--like I did in this video.

I think one of the awesome things about you and your attitude, Larken, is your effort to still remain positive, balanced and truthful under the weight of what would crush most of us, plus your intermittent ability to offer the evildoer an alternative. I go a couple rounds with the city, state or fed (IRS) pretty much every year. Just what I've gone through is psychologically very difficult, and what I've been through is not nearly as hard-ball as what you've been through.

The bank just stole our house without producing a contract or legal Deed of Trust. I don't really consider it losing a house, I consider it freeing myself from an entanglement with crooks.
Best of luck to you! We are getting closer to being able to live without income - no income, no income tax. It is the only way out that we can think of. I don't mind pitching in for roads, but I have a serious problem with pitching in for wars.

5 years ago, I used FOIA requests to obtain and decode my Individual Master File with the IRS. They had me listed as a self employed resident of the U.S. Virgin Islands, which exposes the Art 861 fraud. I wrote them a 78 page rebuttal letter with evidence and exhibits to correct my Master File. To this day, I have NEVER heard back from them at all! I only received the 'return receipt' back in the mail. The IRS is the biggest and most well funded terrorist group in the entire world!!!!!!!!!!

By the way, check with your county Sheriff. They get 10% of the amount owed, if the arrest a citizen with a tax debt...
Just like the IRS agents, they are paid by commission...

I followed you're 861 taxable income writings closely. I was able to get two administrative hearings with the IRS in my fight and both times they refused to show the law they were using. Needless to say they destroyed my life as it was. Now I know the rule of law is dead in this country.
