  • Yes they are easier to do but if you familiar with CrossFit it is more about a functional movement. If you are ever in a situation where you can to pull yourself up, you are more likely to use momentum rather than just dead hang. But yes, this does make pull ups a little easier.

  • yea makes it much easier

  • just wondering...why would you allow yourself to add the swing? it makes it easier

  • @sakelee it adds a metabolic component to it
