No one's saying it's a KA-50. It's a model of the KA-50-2 Erdogan prototype.

The base mechanism comes from an E-Flight Blade CX3. As a matter of fact, it flies a lot better than it did with the old fuselage.

For your interest, I've since fitted a different nose to give it a standard KA50 appearance, and also added decals and lights.
