As for being a Realtor®, I represent my client (the buyer). Without a signed Buyer Representation Agreement however, by Texas law, an agent would be representing the seller (the builder).

Those Fieldstone homes are so cheap looking. BTW, what's the deal with a Realtor selling new homes? Are you representing the builder?
