@Vahkahron If you want to get into Warcraft, I would suggest starting with Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos. It sets up WoW by introducing all the main characters and how they got to where they are in WoW. And it will introduce you to the Alliance and the Horde so you can decide which one you would want to play as if you decide to play WoW.

Personally, I'd go with the Horde, but I'd recommend creating a few characters with the different classes on both sides so you can find one you like.

@Vahkahron The first three Warcraft games are stratergy based games. You get an overall goal (e.g. kill this character) and you have to collect resources to get buildings, build up your army etc before you can achieve that goal. It's like Total Rome or Age of Empires, only with a lot more lore and storyline, though Age of Mythology did have a story

It is really nothing like WoW cos you are managing multiple things at once, different army units, your base, your heroes etc rather then just one.

@rickroller2000 let me get a few things about that right Grom is an orc cheiftan of the warson and before Ner'zhul's portals tore Draenor apart The orcs were tainted by Mannoroths blood causing them to go in a frenzy how ever Thrall was found in the alterac mountains by drek'thars clan (Sorry i forgot the clan name) and he was not affected by the taint.

when grom killed mannoroth and sacrificed himself the orcs were free from the taint.

A lot of people saying Garrosh isn't half the orc Grom was need to remember that, a few hours before this, Garrosh was under the demon's influence once again. He had made some very bad decisions and redeemed himself here. Remember, he was not always a hero. Wait and see what happens with Garrosh before judging him :)

This place is exists in WoW, and there is a monument from thrall there, but Blizz could make a little event for that place. I mean there was a weapon at lvl70 in Karazhan, dropped by Prince Malchezaar, named "Gorehowl" (and as the description says it was Hellscream's weapon) They could make an event or something if you're equipped with that 2h.
