If look look at a map of Jean Peak, draw a straight line from the summit to the tram station. That was pretty much our descent route. Our ascent was a meander up the Round Valley trail to Jean Peak's east ridge. I'll switch the video to SD on my site. It's defaulting to HD, which takes a lot of bandwidth to display smoothly.

wish you could show on a map where you went up and then down . the snow analysis was without comment , would be nice to hear how you describe it.
I like your web site but couldn't run the video , came to youtube for it.
