@eoduinemb, yes a few people I know are amazed at how easy it is to cook it this way and the fish won't break up when turned because its wrapped up. In winter I cook the fish in the fry pan the same way as I do on the BBQ. As its wrapped in foil and in a fry pan it won't smell out your house for 2 days like it does if you put the fish in the oven. Its so simple and great for a healthy heart to eat fish a few times a week.

u should put a bit of oil on its skin, so it wont stick to the foil.. looks good...
