Nah pride fighters are doing pretty good now, Wandy's case is hard to defend but he didn't juice man. he's been fighting top ufc competition (liddell at the time, rampage, rich franklin-which he had to experiment with some weight cuts for) he was also coming off of 2 concussion like ko's to cro cop who was a heavy and hendo. Nogueira proved he's still got it, Hopefully Shogun will at least put on a great fight against Machida, Nick Diaz ended gomi's career though no doubt about that hah

What lead you to believe that Wand would do well in the UFC? It was pretty obvious he was on his way out of the sport towards the end of PRIDE. His lost to Rampage wasn't actually that surprising, his chin was going down hill and Rampage has crazy power.

Keep in mind Wand is my favorite fighter, but it doesn't matter that he lost the third fight, he absolutely destroyed Rampage in their first two fights, ending more brutally then their third one did. He still has the stuff to be a top 5 MW.

Look for an opening to get a single leg or simply swim in for clinch positioning.
