@slentzz Not really. Which is why I like the game. You can try it for a little bit, but the game is so fast paced, and if you kill someone while camping its very easy for them to kill you 5 secs later since you instantly respawn in this game.

@deuntrey96 Yep we still play it every saturday night over at ps2onlinegaming(.)com . You need Xlink Kai, which is a lan tunneling program, to play it online now since the servers for the game were shut down years ago.

@thanossakelar No. EA shut down the servers a couple years ago. You have to use Xlink Kai for FP and TS2 online now. It basically tricks the game into thinking it's playing a LAN match.

@RA7ICU5 Snipe Elite has on LAN mode on xbox1 or ps2 so it wont work with xlink kai or xbc. Sniper Elite is still online on ps2 though.

We schedule other Playstation 2 Xlink Kai matches and normal PS2 online matches at that website as well.

it WAS freeradical but It's been "Crytek UK" since 2009

And the development for TimeSplitters 4 was started but is was cancelled... Crytek has said in an interview that "they would continue the project once there is a high industry demand for such a game."

And I have been keeping up on all the timesplitters news from Crytek and heard that quote. It pretty much seems like a new timesplitters game is pretty unlikely. But I still hold out a sliver of hope...

no, the servers where pulled awhile ago

The servers were taken down in 2007 I believe. However, this game can still be played online using LAN tunneling programs. That is how the match in this video was played. Basically you run a program on you PC ( The one I used was Xlink Kai) and you have your console hooked up to youir router and you can play your ps2 online still. The program tricks your ps2s into thinking everybody is on the same LAN network.
