huh i like the grav flip thing. is the time limit in this game like the others or no? i really can't tell (paying more attention to race than hud). looks cool. ima try to buy this lol tho it looks nothing like wipeout, its same thing

No, there is no time limit on this one. Many fans of the Wipe out series don't consider this port to be a Wipe out game b/c the game play and how the ship handles is so different. I have this game and its like playing F-zero. Its still fun. As fun as the other wipe outs? Not so much. This is more easier. But regardless, its fun and anyone should play it who wants to get into the series.

This game always gets a bad press. True, Its not as stylish as Wip3out, but it's still a good game that pushed the series forward. I personally like the wider tracks and emphasis on combat.

Great race, i was never this good due to my memory being weird. you need to have precise memory to be able to keep up with the speeds. Not to mention quick reactions. Pirahna was always my favorite team before Icarus was revealed.

I Love the straight away at the end of this track, but HATE the glitch in those flip pads that throws you through the road causing you to reset and lose precious SPEED. Wow I don't remember this game being SOOO Fast.

I had beaten all of the championship races in this game, except that I've basically had to start all over again (story of my life).. And I LOVE Katmoda 12, especially the 3rd track! I usually use the fully-upgraded Xios International machine. It takes LOTS of skill to race the fearful Pirahna machines.

My favourite party piece was to race the Van-Ubers without using the pit area and still winning. I might try it again sometime. It relies on getting up to the front quick - getting stuck in the field = near certain death!

i think i had this game when i had my ps2... It was pretty cool! i love the new widescreen for utube but its kinda wierd because im not used to it.
