I think that overkill, exodus and metal church are by far the most underrated band. I think that the big four should induct every year when then go one tour. Sounds corny but that would be cool to induct thrash bands every year.

But to this date i have had no troubles finding overkill songs to match my mood, i can listen to Pantera, Metallica(oldies), Slipknot, SOAD(sometimes weird though), Judas Priest, Twisted Sister and even the industrial germans of Rammstein and Eisbrecher.

But in the end, neckwreckers allways ends up being listened to :)
