@sandwhichesaremuntin i had another person say this and i noticed that both of you are into the golden age and slightly underground hip hop, as well as some mainstream hip hop. if you check further underground you will notice a lot of artists, such as Last Emperor, Kool Keith, etc., who have a sort of calculated off beat style. that was what i was going for here. you'll notice that it's still on beat, but in a very chaotic way. it's an acquired taste i will admit, but it was intentional.
