@SputniksArmy Isn't using both feet for eighth notes easier (expect when doing a few sixteenth note rolls in between)? I don't think using sixteenth notes while blasting is cheating. It keeps up the fast pace in the song, but I guess it would be considered cheating when the original song didn't have it. I use the sixteenth notes when I write music, and to me, it sounds better than eighth note drum beats.

@SputniksArmy Do I really have to keep saying this? The whole point of the double bass drum was for the purpose of cheating. I have never heard streams of 32nd notes in jazz. The only time someone realized "hey, maybe we should actually use the second bass drum and not just for looks/laziness" was Slayer 40 years later. Besides, the best drummers in the world (Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, The Beatles, NOFX) use singles, with very rarely having to use the heel-toe. This is not that big of a deal.
