  • I miss the distortion too - just because you get older doesnt mean you have to start making boring middle of the road crap. Im not saying this is - but its lacking in character compared to some of their stuff - still better than 99 percent of the drivel in the charts these days though...

  • hello, ignorant asshole here.

you wouldnt know culture if it compelled you to cry.

    p.s. they are mediocre brian666.

three sixes, wow i can tell your taste is based in truth and the wisdom of thousands of years.

pop culture is the demise of humanity.

oh brian your 666 that you love so much is coming. i hope you enjoy it.

  • Gimme a new album! Any ignorant asshole that criticizes this band has Shite for brains, blood, and no soul, class, or musical taste at all . Bless them and all the true fans.

  • @TheBrian6666 good words mate!

  • This actually sounds 100x better than the studio version, excellent work!

  • Sounds like classic JAMC without the fuzz.

  • J&MC would suck if they went back to making psychocandy sounds all of a sudden. i love this track.

  • JAMC are original. Unlike the many bands that fill up the air with boring copied empty sounds. Narcissus without reason. JAMC got a reason, at least.

  • I'd kill to be in a band one millionth as good as these guys

  • i miss the destortion

  • They really need to hire Alan Moulder if they want a comeback.

  • Sounds like classic JAMC to me. Maybe not as noisy as some would like, but all the swagger's still there.

  • they suuuuuck!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 1960's Gibson ES-330 into Orange amp (drool). These guys are the best.

  • amazing sound!

  • yeah...*sigh*

  • so strange seeing them all grown up, with a full drumkit

  • at least they got the right guy for that sort of thing with JAMC

  • good song , is their an album yet?

  • iccleterror what da fuck man you dont make sense. The mary nchain do what they want to do and thats that. and they aint wearin leather. shit brain

  • theyve really gone down the shitter.

  • they'd go down the shitter faster if they didn't act their age - wrinkled tossers in leathers - nah, they've come back. you want noise? go listen to psychocandy - i do. you want a band reunited and sounding good? listen to this. end of

  • I love this song too much; recorded it on DVD when it first aired. Been loving the band from day one. Thanks for sharing! How long have we been waiting for new music from the chain? I'm eager to have All Things Must Pass and others on CD.

  • Could William's Scotland shirt be a little nod in Letterman's direction? When they performed Far gone and out many years ago before they broke up he referred to them as 'an English band'. The Mary Chain are the ultimate in cool. Truly the heir to VU coolness. Head to toe I'm dressed in black.

  • Wow, I have never seen them without sunglasses.

I have missed them, glad to see them back. Hope they don't kill each other.

  • This is a new song. Just saw them last night at the fillmore in san francisco and they were fucking amazing!!!!! Miranda Lee Richards (from Brian Jonestown Massacre) sang backup on a few tunes and Loz (from Ride) played drums. Sick!!!

  • where is this song from ? singles ??

  • New song. It's going to be on the soundtrack for Heroes.

  • Does anyone know what hapened to the Australian member of the band? He had a very long tenure in the JAMC.

  • He's a graphic artist now.

  • @TroyCons _ Ben Lurie went back to Australia and is producing music there.

  • Check out the drummer......it's Laurence 'Loz' Colbert from ex-Oxford shoegazer legends "Ride". I used to rate him as one of the best indie drummers around, I'm a big fan of JAMC but I don't think they are going to test him somehow.

  • Have you heard Loz do Reverence live? OMG! I watched him drum an entire gig at Webster Hall from 20 feet away and kept expecting to see a second set of arms pop out from his back. He is the best, not one of them. FYI, Phil (Lush) King is on bass. Mark Crozer is on 2nd guitar.
