"Pull it" has never been used as demolition jargon for bringing the building down with explosives. If a bulding is "pulled", cables are attached to specific support beams and they are literally pulled down with heavy machinery. BIG friggin difference. Accounts of explosions do not mean bombs were the cause! Many things explode when exposed to fire, fuseboxes come to mind. After the 3 east interior columns failed, this triggered the failure of the core columns, progressing east to west, and then the entire building collapsed.
