Instead of using RWD buses that are bound to get stuck they should use a fleet of stretched Jeep Wranglers like the ones used in Carolina Safari Jeep Tours (look it up). They may not be as luxurious but they're heated, air conditioned, and won't get stuck. They're probably also much cheaper to operate.
